"Basically everything was...

"Basically everything was at our front door step. Specialty shops, supermarkets, train station and main attractions are within walking distance of the appartment. The condition and style of the apartment was very clean and does make you feel you're in Italy. Highly recommended."

Florence holiday

Great location with easy walking distance to train station, markets, restaurants and historical sites. Very nice accommodations perfect for two adults. Kitchen was great to have for preparation of breakfast and snacks

Great Experience

Great location. Only thing was the missing AC on the main bedroom so you jave to leave the door open so that yp7 can get living room AC cooled air into the room.

Great stay in the central Florence

I had a really great stay at this apartment. The owner was very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is fantastic and couldnt ask for a better location. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay in Florence

We stayed in this apartment during our three days in Florence and it was the ideal location. It's in a central location, just a short walk from the Duomo. The apartment itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The best feature was the air conditioning as it was very hot during the time we were there. We'll be back to Florence and would definitely stay here again.

"El apartamento tiene una...

"El apartamento tiene una localización inmejorable: desde su puerta se puede ver el duomo, que está al final de la calle. Se encuentra bien equipado, e incluso tiene aire acondicionado, que viene muy bien para el verano. El barrio es una zona tranquila, con tiendas y restaurantes en la misma calle del apartamento. El dueño muy amable y servicial. 100% recomendable."

"Logement très propre, décoré avec goût, situé dans une cour très calme proche du duomo.Contact très agréable à notre arrivée la personne qui nous a reçus nous a indiqué un parking gratuit à 2 km où nous avons laissé notre voiture plusieurs jours.Seul bémol, pièce de vie très sombre où l''éclairage électrique est nécessaire même dans la journée. "appartement propre,bonne literie bien équipé, à deux pas des commerces, marché, supermarché et des principaux sites touristiques. 2 petits moins par rapport à l''annonce: -la cuisine n''est pas indépendante mais intégrée dans le séjour, de même les WC sont dans la salle de bains et non à part - ce n''est pas tout à fait calme car la cour sert de parking aux voitures et aux vespas des occupants de l''immeuble. Nous remercions Andréa pour son bon accueil et ses conseils et recommandations.Famille Behar"

"Property was fresh, clea...

"Property was fresh, clean and very warm upon arrival. Excellent central heating. A structural problem with external dampness did mean quite a lot of paint flaked from the bathroom ceiling but this is clearly a difficult issue for the landlord to resolve and it was not a serious problem. The apartment is very quiet, being located in a courtyard, but there is an adjoining Irish Pub that has live music until the early hours of the morning. The walls are thick and the music was not too intrusive. We were able to sleep comfortably - no traffic noise which is exceptional in Florence! The apartment is small. It would be ideal for a couple but was perfectly adequate for our family of 3. The kitchen could have a few more utensils, for example no corkscrew or bottle opener and no sharp knives for food preparation (except a bread knife). Overall an exceptionally well located apartment, 2 minutes to Duomo and maybe 10 minutes to Uffizi and Academia. The apartment is small, simple and warm and met our needs for a week's winter break in Florence at a fair rent. Note, however, the 20 euro cleaning charge."

"Un appartement très bien...

"Un appartement très bien situé, au centre ville, mais qui donne sur un patio, donc aucun bruit. La climatisation est indispensable pour l'Italie en été, et cet appartement est climatisé comme il faut. On a passé un très chouette séjour à Firenze et on pense bien y retourner."

"Para nosotros fue import...

"Para nosotros fue importante la tranquilidad del lugar, estaba en el interior del edificio. Y sobre todo que estabamos a 200 ms del Duomo y el entorno era de parroquianos florentinos, sin la gran cantidad de contingentes turisticos que invaden la ciudad. Muy bueno para nosotros."
