Au top ! Conforme à l’annonce

Nous étions 12 et il y avait de la place pour tout le monde, les chambres sont spacieuses et les literies très confortables. Grand salon, un très grand séjour également et une grande cuisine bien équipée et avec de la vaisselle à la taille du nombre de personnes ! Agréable de cuisiner sur un piano avec de grandes marmite sur place. Beaucoup d’ustensiles, etc.… Grand garage où nous avons pu mettre quatre voitures et une moto. La piscine tient ses promesses, très propre et bien entretenue. Beaucoup de transats, deux grandes tables à l’extérieur. Très proche de la rivière. De l’espace pour jouer à la pétanque et a beaucoup de jeux extérieurs Aucun vis-à-vis La rivière.

Maison propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec notamment une cuisine bien équipée. Le tout agrémenté d'une belle piscine. Propriétaire sympa, pas de procédures inutiles. Environnement superbe, et le très sympathique village des Vans est très accessible y compris à pied. Sentiers de randonnée partout et rivière très proche de la location. Des vacances au top!

Belle maison bien située

Belle et grande maison avec piscine très agréable pour 12 Max Deux accès rivière à 5 moins de minutes à pied Un passage au bout du jardin en voiture pour les 2 logements plus bas... Très belle région avec de multiples activités et visites à faire.

Séjour très agreable dans ce havre de paix, maison très spacieuse et fonctionnelle pour famille nombreuse... Cadre très sympa au calme. Seul bémol sur la caution élevée demandée qui n'était pas prévue à la réservation. Je recommande tout de même ce gîte.

stunning modern house

This is a stunning modern, very spacious house on the edge of the village. Plenty of space for 12. The 5 bedrooms are all very good size with modern comfortable beds, the kitchen is very modern with a large american style fridge/freezer but would benefit from more utensiles etc, it may pay to take your favourite cooking equipment! It has a huge lounge/diner which we hardly used due to the good weather. Plenty of built in storage throughout. The garage is big enough to park 4 cars out of the sun! The view is good, it is not overlooked and the terrace faces the sun most of the day. The pool is nice but should be bigger for the property. Chambonas is a nice quiet village but there are no shops or bars, no bakery so it's a short car journey to Les Vans - there is one local restaurant beside the river within easy walking distance. There is some good waliking country around with clearly marked paths, you will need a map though! Les Vans is a very nice market town with many shops and restaurants, a Saturday market and a mid week evening craft market. A choice of small supermarkets and bakers. We did not need to shop anywhere else. It is all about 35 minutes from the Ardeche Gorge and the more touristy areas. Generally excellent though Cyril actually spoke very little English and beware of the cleaning, you can do it yourself otherwise it is 100 euro - but not bad for the size of property.
