Ideally located in the heart of Milan, the apartment, only 50m far from Underground (MM1 Porta Venezia - red line and railway), is situated at the first floor of a characteristic 19th-century Milan building, with access from open balconies with a balustrade. It's composed by a 1 Room-flat; ideal for single, couples but also for families or friends (max 3 peoples).
The 1 room-flat, 27 sq.m, is fully equipped, with climatization, 2 single beds and a single sofa-bed, Kitchen with Owen, Dish washer, Freezer, a comfortable bath with shower and Laundry machine.

Una gran experiencia

Aunque esperábamos, por las fotos, un apartamento más grande, la amabilidad de sus propietarios, la localización y la experiencia compensaron este defecto. La propietaria fue muy amable explicando las características del inmueble y nos dio muy buenos consejos, que utilizamos, para ir a comer y cenar por la zona. A nuestra familia nos encantó el barrio, sus locales y sus gentes. Seguro que podríamos repetir alojamiento en otra ocasión si volvemos a Milán.

Kleines Studio in Zentrum Mailands

Die gesamte FeWo ist ziemlich kompakt, ca. 20 qm gross inklusive Bad. Die Lage ist top, M1 "Porta Venezia", Strassenbahn, Bus, ein Paar Supermärkte, Bäckereien und mehrere Restaurants und Bars sind alle <500 m Fußweg entfernt. Einige Teile sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist funktionsfähig. Tischplatte links und rechts von der Küchenspüle ist leider schon von permanenter Nässe verschwärzt.

Aufmerksamer Gastgeber

Da an der Fassade der og Wohnung gearbeitet wurde, hat Andrea mir im Vorfeld zwei Alternativen angeboten. Eine davon, in der Via Frisi, habe ich genommen und bin sehr gut damit gefahren. Ein Raumwunder auf gut 20qm, perfekt eingerichtet mit Klimanlage, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, zwei (!) Fernseher. Alles sehr sauber und tiptop in Ordnung. Die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Von der Via Melzo bzw. Via Frisi sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder drei Metro-Stationen zum Dom, also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise. Und der Corso Buenes Aires - die Einkaufsstrasse - ist direkt um die Ecke.

Very nice and quiet studio. Excelent location, very close to the center of Milan. Very nice and helpfull host. I definitely recommend this studio to everyone who want to experience the real "vita Italiana"! I mean ,take a look at the pictures, please!!!

Definitely, the best place i have stayed since i started visiting Milano. The landlord are not just nice people they are wonderful guys. are easy going and helpful... I decided to stay at places every time, but, now i said : i'll be back to the same place. Thank you Andrea & Grazie

"A well appointed and comfortable studio apartment,carefullyplanned as to furnishing and equipment.We enjoyed our short sojourn in Milano.The apartment is in an easy walking area to the tourist parts of Milan,a major shopping street if inclined and a relaxing park 10 minutes walk away. It was also very quiet and we slept well. The contact with Andrea and Grazia was excellent,as we''re the instructions to the apartment.We would certainly stay here again ."

"Monolocale veramente ben attrezzato, tranquillissimo (l''appartamento si trova nel cortile interno del palazzo !) e ben locato per soggiornare a Milano: stazione Porta Venezia a due passi e a 3 fermate dal Duomo e centro, ristoranti e pizzerie sotto casa cosi'' come supermercati e panifici, stazioni ferovviarie Porta Garibaldi e Centrale raggiungibili in pochi minuti di metro... In poche parole : un appartamentino comodissimo e a prezzo veramente imbattibile ! Per di più i proprietari, Andrea e Grazia, sono persone veramente premurose e molto umane. Grazie di nuovo per la vostra ospitalità ! Petit studio très bien équipé, très calme car situé dans la cour intérieure très arborée de l''immeuble, et très bien placé dans le centre ville: arrêt du métro Porta Venezia à quelques pas qui mène en 3 arrêts au Duomo et au centre historique ainsi qu''aux gares ferroviaires; restaurants, pizzerias, boulangeries et supermarchés au bas de l''immeuble... En 2 mots: le compromis idéal qualité/prix, imbattable dans le centre ville milanais! De plus, Andrea et Grazia les propriétaires, sont très agréables et humains. Merci pour tout!"

"Torniamo sempre volentieri in questo appartamento, soprattutto per i proprietari che sono sempre gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Ogni soggiorno a Milano è molto gradevole per la posizione centralissima (Porta Venezia, in pochi minuti si raggiunge qualsiasi posto),per le ottime condizioni dell''alloggio, silenzioso, comodo, fornito di ogni comfort. "The owners are nice and ...

"The owners are nice and friendly people, but the water in the flat is strange (it smells iodine) and absolutely NOT SUITABLE for washing or making tea! (after a few days of living there me and my mother got an irritation of the skin!) The other problem is the washing machine. After using it all the tableware had a chemical smell of the washing pill! This circumstance together with the terrible iodine water provoked a poisoning! Also the hot water in the shower always was too hot (inspite of the lowest indicator on the hot-water boiler), so it was not possible to take the shower with comfort! If to try to make the water cooler, the hot-water boiler will just switch off!! This was the first time we did not regret leaving Italy..."
