Villa Cristina is about 900 meters from the town and the beach of San Vito Lo Capo. In August the minimum rental is one week. The villa is composed of: on the ground floor living room-kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third bed, both equipped with air conditioning.
In the attic equipped with large panoramic windows overlooking the sea (maximum height 2 meters and minimum 1.20 mt): 1 bathroom and 2 communicating rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The attic is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and WIFI internet. Outside barbecue, shower with hot water, parking space. In the annex 1 double bed +1 single and air conditioning. Extra costs to be paid on arrival: final cleaning €150, consumption €150 per week, linen (optional bed, bathroom, shower) €20 per person. Deposit €200, tourist tax.
