Sitting on one of the most desirable corners of Newport, rests this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. Boasting 1300 square feet, this condo has recently gone through a total renovation, including new furniture and appliances. A calm and modern atmosphere awaits you at this beach escape.

Fond memories will easily be made in this open living and dining room, whether you decide to play some of the provided games, watch a favorite movie, or reminisce about moments at the beach. Attached to the living area is a roomy, raised patio outfitted for sunbathing, entertaining and barbecuing. And you don’t have to be a seasoned chef to enjoy what our kitchen supplies; from cooking spices and storage containers to granite countertops and new appliances, the kitchen contains everything you need to make simple snacks for a day at the beach or a delicious dinner for the whole family. The master bedroom enjoys an ocean view from a comfortable queen bed, private bath, television and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a view of the Historic Balboa Pier, while the last bedroom has a full and single bunk bed. All three televisions have access to DirecTV, so no one has to miss their favorite sitcom or drama while on vacation. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and WiFi for your convenience.

The condo is located just steps away from many popular activities such as boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Balboa Fun Zone and Ferris wheel. Local bike rentals are within walking distance. If you want to venture off the boardwalk, you are only a short stroll to the Balboa Island Ferry, which will take you to Balboa Island for shopping and delightful food adventures. You are 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and upscale shopping at Fashion Island, and only 1½ hours to San Diego.

The condo is very spacious and exceptionally located. Wonderful corner unit right on the beach bike path/promenade. It’s very well equipped and has everything you could want in a beach unit. Very large balcony perfect for enjoying the outdoors and people watching. Also great are the included beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Hosts are very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Destination

Great Labor Day Staycation

Very nice rental that is close to everything! Had such a great time enjoying both the beautiful condo and its amenities but also they very spacious patio with views of the boardwalk. The owners were very friendly and communicated excellent throughout the process. Cant wait to go back.

Great location, great condo

This is our go-to condo for weekends at the beach. Located right in the heart of the peninsula, it is perfect for a weekend biking and beach adventure. And with teenagers, always something to do. The local restaurants are great, but we also cook a few meals in the easy to use kitchen. Feels like home!

Perfect location. Corner unit on the beach, with the Balboa Pier right behind you. Owners of the condo were very, very nice, and provided clear communication to make this a very enjoyable stay. The condo itself was wonderful. We had plans to do some events outside of Newport, but never left the area, as we loved the condo and location so much.

My friend was having her 50th Birthday celebration in Newport Beach for the weekend. We decided to rent a house there for the weekend as well. We loved everything about the house. Great location and the house is turn key. We will be back again for sure!

Couldn’t be happier about this awesome condo. Very big and comfortable. The patio was our favorite spot to hang out. It came with all the things one would need at the beach. The host were very accommodating with all our needs. The location was convenient to everything. Highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to returning.

a very nice place and in a great location.

Very awkward key situation. I suggest a better system for providing the key, versus mailing it in an envelope that can rip open and let the key fall out. The key lock box in the garage is hard to see and the keys do not fit well into it.

Our family of five (3 teens) really enjoyed our stay. The location is conveniently located next to the Balboa ferry station (2–minute bike ride) and restaurants. With that said, it can be a bit loud at times, which is the trade-off for the location. The bikes were very nice to have and made getting everywhere so easy. The 2 parking spots were priceless. The house had everything we needed including laundry detergent and coffee plus it was spotless!! We would absolutely recommend staying here.

More than you could want

Love staying here every year, never disappointed! The owners are amazing: very communicative and easy to talk to. The property is the best location you could ask for. Our kids love coming here every year! With the fun zone, restaurants, parks, pier and bars within a block or two theres something for everyone. The house is a good size for us (family of 4 with 2 kids) which leaves an extra bedroom if need be. The patio has amazing views, convenient parking, kichen views of the beach and couch to relax and be comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to return every year, we look forward to our next visit!

Daughters graduation

This was the absolute perfect location and condo for our trip. The owners were such a pleasure with whom to work. The place was beautiful with a great view! Propane for the barbecue grill was provided which made for a nice evening in and we were in need of absolutely nothing in the condo. This was our first VRBO rental and when we come back we will most certainly try to get this one again. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. If I can give more than five stars I most certainly would!

Newport Beach Condo with beach view and great access!

My family (my husband and I and our son, daughter-in-law and 2 1/2 yo granddaughter had a wonderful time here! The owners went out of their way to help me with accommodations for my husband (who is in a wheelchair). The condo is very safe from the key entry parking lot below to the gated fence around the entire property. Beach access is a block away, and the view is great of the ocean and Newport Pier. The condo is nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. My granddaughter especially liked the neon light box which allowed her (and us) to dance to music with colored lights on the ceiling. We were very pleased with these accommodations!!

Absolutely perfect

The property is well-maintained and spotless! Location was perfect for beach activities, just a short walk from the condo. We also drove to the Wedge at the end of the peninsula for larger waves. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive up to Newport Beach. The boogie boards were a hit, we also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. There’s even a trove of sand toys for little ones. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Everything we needed in the kitchen. A few board games…

Sandy Toes Retreat for the Win!

My friends and I loved Jeff and Stephanie’s Sandy Toes Retreat!. Unit is very spacious and in a perfect location right on the boardwalk which makes it great for people watching. Also very close to stores, shops, the fun zone and ferry to Balboa. Our group didn’t have vehicles, but two parking spaces are available in a secure garage, which would be a huge perk for those driving instead of limited street parking at other rentals. Unit was clean and Jeff and Stephanie were very responsive and flexible with check in/out. Lots of extra stuff for the beach was also available. (Cart, boogie boards, balls, toys, chairs, etc) No complaints at all and we look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

Our favorite Newport Beach Property

I am a SoCal native and visit often to see family. We have stayed in several properties around Newport/Corona del Mar, and this is by far our favorite. When choosing a place to stay, we look for a central location, close to restaurants, stores and the beach, and a place that is well furnished and stocked with everything we need. This condo checks all those boxes and more. Some days, we sit on the deck and read all day, and some days we shop, make the quick drive into Laguna, or hop the ferry to Balboa Island. It is the perfect place for a girls weekend or family trip. Best of all are the owners Jeff and Stephanie, who are in regular communication before and after the trip to make sure everything is going as expected. We always choose this condo when making our trips to Southern California, and will do so again. I just hope all the 5-star reviews don't make it impossible to book for our next trip!

Great place to stay!

Nicely remodeled condo that was close to the beach and just out the doorway to the boardwalk. The deck is large and a great place to grill and relax. Enjoyed riding the bikes on the boardwalk (although the bikes are in need of tune ups: pink one is making a lot of noise, brown bike's handle bars don't stay up). We had 7 people and were a little short on dishes: there were only 6 bowls, and maybe 8 plates. Same with silverware. We found ourselves hand washing dishes for every meal to have enough dishes since we tend to eat in more than out. Would be nice to have double the dishes so you can use dishes for a whole day and then run a load in the dishwasher. Also a little short on toilet paper and paper towels (would prefer to have an extra 4 pack of TP and extra roll of paper towels hanging around). That said, the place was comfortable (including the beds), clean, had enough pillows, blankets, and plenty of towels. WiFi and radiant heaters worked well. We saw a whale right along the beach 200' away! Enjoyed the boogie boards for short stints since it was not super warm weather (but more towards Newport Pier where the beach is flatter). Paddle boarding in Newport Harbor around Balboa Island was super. Got ice cream and walked around Balboa Island. Lots to see and do and a wonderful place to come "home" and relax! Be aware that Amazon Prime Now is available for this area. If a Prime member, then free 2 hour delivery of groceries that you order online. Checked out the prices and they seemed pretty reasonable. Didn't try it out since we had already shopped, but it would be something we would try next time.

We had a fabulous stay. Great location. Very nice, clean condo. Beds were comfortable (great pillow too) and the kitchen was well stocked. Large outdoor space with plenty of seating. Host was very kind. Loved taking walks and bike rides on the boardwalk and easy access to the pier.

Why they chose this property

We have many fond memories of going to the Fun Zone riding the Historic Ferris Wheel, fishing off the Balboa Pier (no permit required), eating at Ruby''s and riding the Balboa Ferry. This location is within walking distance of all these activities and much more.

What makes this property unique

The patio gives visitors a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, and is located in a central location to all kinds of fun activities.
