Our lovely second floor studio unit now provides A/C. We've installed a high-velocity ceiling fan that seems to do the trick when AC isn't needed! The covered lanai has a view of the mountains and lush tropical plantings. Free, limited, unassigned parking spaces are included with your rental, so try to arrive early to secure a spot.
Our studio is decorated with furniture in the Hawaiian and Asian whimsical style including a lovely rooster who doesn’t crow and wake you in the middle of the night! You’ll find a bistro table and chairs, if you’d like to eat on the lanai. We offer you a comfortable King size bed with fresh, crisp linens.
We provide Spectrum cable and internet and an LG TV for relaxing after your days of exploring, shopping or enjoying the many beautiful beaches. The TV is mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed. We provide dedicated wireless internet, along with 2 large power strips to charge your various electronics.
The studio has a private bathroom with a roomy shower. The vanity area is separate from the bathroom. The deep, stainless sink also serves as a dishwashing station. Provided drainers and supplies are under the sink.
Relax on the private covered lanai you will discover a pull down, semi-transparent shade to filter the afternoon sun. You'll find a roomy rocking chair as well, with a second in the studio.

I am just a 5 minute drive away in the event you need my help.
Local independent, streaming Community Radio station, 90.9 KKCR, plays Hawaiian music overnight and often during the day. There's a great variety of talk shows and "DJ choice" music programming beginning at 7am. Listen to it online when you return home!
DON'T FORGET to return parking pass and pool key to hooks on the wall. Door keys should be on the wall and in the lock box to avoid $50 replacement EACH! We don't want your last reminder of Kaua'i to be a notice from Vrbo that you are being charged!!
