Esposende is a quiet and small seaside town, lively in the summer; which stretches across the Cavado and Neiva rivers, where there is a protected landscape area, and over the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for hiking or biking on the beach, walkways over the dunes and the seaside, by the 2 nearby rivers or in the mountains. Aquatic sports or horse riding are other possibilities ... A picturesque site, Esposende is located right in the middle of the Portuguese Coastal Way of Saint James (Caminho Português da Costa de Santiago de Compostela). Restaurants, bars, shops, swimming pools, golf… nearby.

Great house close to the beach

Without a shadow of a doubt this is a perfect place to have the best family holiday!

The property is spacious and comfortable, very clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. It is wonderful to have the swimming pool just under the flat and also the property is just 5 minutes walking to the beach. It is situated not in the town centre (it is busier and noisy ), but there are a couple of mini super markets just round the corner. Both, Martinho and Teresa Pilar were very kind and they paid attention to our comfort and to made us feel comfortable. We suggested something and just next day they brought it to us. Unanimously whole family have decided to come back next year to this lovely property!

Excellent family accommodation

This apartment is on the 1st floor. The main living area is open plan and was plenty big enough for our family of 5. It has everything you need for self-catering. 2 double bedrooms on the main level, but also a double bedroom in the attic area - along with a surprising amount of extra space, which is mostly unused. The apartment is part of a block of about 20-30 similar ones. Many seem to be owned by locals but quite a few were empty, so were probably holiday homes, too. We were there slightly out of season (as the Scottish summer holidays start 3 weeks before the English ones). The pool and grass area are excellent. Usually there were a few other people outside, but it never felt crowded. There is a nice balcony which is a real suntrap; it overlooks the pool. One slight negative is the lack of outdoor chairs / loungers - so you either have to sit on a towel or perhaps bring a dining room chair downstairs. The area is a sort of suburb of Esposende. There are two grocery stores within 2 minutes walk of the apartment. Aldi's is a 5 minute drive. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, although it was windy a few days we were there. Esposende is a 5 minute drive and there is plenty to do there: shopping, waterfront, restaurants, and historic centre. The host is Martinho. We only met him once, but he lives nearby and he speaks good English, was there to meet us upon arrival, and helped with the one thing we needed during our stay. Recommended!

Fuimos una familia con dos niños en septiembre. El apartamento es un dúplex con piscina para disfrutar. La limpieza está bien aunque se puede mejorar. Nos encontramos con el horno lleno de grasa, el tendero, al igual que el radiador del baño están oxidados. La zona donde está situado éste apartamento es tranquila, tiene senderos para pasear junto a la playa. En general hemos estado bien y son pequeñas deficiencias que se pueden subsanar y no te impiden disfrutar de la tranquilidad de zona.

Het was een net verblijf en de informatie en sleuteloverdracht was goed verzorgd. Wij vonden het wel gehorig en er was ook veel geluid uit de omgeving van radio's, auto's en vuurwerk 's nachts.

Todo fenomenal

Un entorno exterior, tranquilo, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Un gran garaje para el coche y tres bicis y todo ello cerrado. La casa muyyy grande, espaciosa, con lo necesario para estar cómodamente , cosas para poder ir a la playa. Ropa suficiente de cama y aseo. Todo ok, si tuviese que poner una pega sería que es un primero sin ascensor no apto para personas con problemas de movilidad y no estaría mal una mesa para poder ponerse en la terraza a desayunar o comer 😊. Todo muy bien, los vecinos muy tranquilos y ambiente de niños jugando muy agradable.

Gemütlichkeit sieht anders aus

Ein großes Appartement jedoch mehrere leere Räume und der Rest völlig steril eingerichtet. Auf Beschädigungen haben wir am ersten Tag hingewisen, diese wurden am daraufvolgenden Tag, in unserer Abwesenheit auch beseitigt. Jedoch ist dabei eine Halogenlampe zu Bruch gegangen, deren Reste nicht richtig beseitigt worden sind. Ergebnnis, nach unserer Rückkehr trat meine Tochter sich eine Scherbe in den Fuß und ich habe danach erst eimal grüdlich gesaugt.

La Résidence est propre avec une belle piscine,la petite maison avec le barbecue est vraiment bien (Tous les soirs barbecue pendant trois semaines à part 2 ou 3 soirs.Le commerce coviran est proche avec tous ce qu il faut et pas cher (viennoiserie,pain et tabac ect)La place est proche et les enfants peuvent récupérer des bigorneaux et des crabes au niveau des rochers,le centre est pas loin.L appartement est spacieux,propre avec tous ce qu il faut.Nous étions un couple avec deux ✌ enfants 🚸 on pouvait jouer à cache cache.La nuit on dort bien il fait pas trop chaud. Super Vacances 🌴 je vous le conseille Esposende est une ville avec du vent.

Très agréable sejour

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette location. Accueil très sympa. L'appartement est spacieux et bien situé. Très propre et bien entretenu. 3 min à pieds d'une belle plage de d'une: un régal pour les enfants. La piscine est aussi très appréciée. Beaucoup de choses à faire autour d'Esposende. Bref, de super vacances.

tres satisfait

nous sommes tres satisfaits de ce lieu de vacances , l appartement spacieux , agreable à vivre , à proximité de tout , accès directe à la piscine ce qui est tres pratique pour les enfants . Rapport qualité prix tres bien accueil sympathique et pays à visiter ! je recommande cette location ; l appartement est vraiment agreable et il peut accueillir deux familles sans soucis merci à vous !

Prestation d'excellente qualité.

Accueil très agréable par une personne parlant français. Logement neuf, spacieux, propre et bien exposé. La piscine est bien entretenue. A proximité de petits commerces sympatiques, et d'une jolie plage. Le charme de la mer et de la campagne, la simplicité des gens... nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos deux enfants.
