The villa is ideally located, quiet, in lush greenery, in a private subdivision with superb views of the wooded hill, as well as sea views. It has 2 large terraces, 1 partially shaded: lounge garden with a very friendly bar. The swimming pool (9.5mx 4.5m) is very private, located a few steps down, in the sun all day, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and varied and sheltered from all eyes. The garden of 15 ares is pleasantly raised and flowers and gives to its occupants a real peace. The layout and equipment of the house are recent and quality. The decoration is refined. The villa is located 5 minutes from the landing beach, beautiful and large sandy beach with a pontoon (lifeguard and volleyball in high season) lined with several bars / restaurants. The house is 10 minutes from the shops of the village, however 1st supermarket less than 1 km.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in La Croix Valmer. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in einem super Zustand, sehr gepflegt und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Pool ist traumhaft mit viel Sonne, aber auch Schattenmöglichkeiten. Wirklich eine Oase mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Check-in und Betreuung vor Ort waren erstklassig. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Comme évoqué lors de notre conversation, je comprends que votre papa âgé de plus de 80 ans ait pu souffrir du dos. Cependant, je ne crois pas que notre literie en soit la cause. En effet, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour soigner le confort de la villa et nous mettons régulièrement les équipements à jour. La grande majorité de nos locataires nous en sont très reconnaissants. Il est vrai que le liner de la piscine présentait un défaut en août dernier. Tout est rentré dans l'ordre à présent.

Très bon séjour dans une belle villa familiale. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus.

Excellente communication avec les propriétaires et Christelle qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée. La villa était très propre et le jardin et la piscine parfaitement entretenus. Plancha très sympa et tout le confort pour une famille. Une belle chambre parents et 2 belles chambres pour les ados. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Jolie villa très agréable, entourée d’un beau jardin et d’une grande piscine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette belle villa. Le jardin, très bien entretenu, est l’un de ses atouts. Sans aucun vis à vis, il a des airs de jardin tropical avec son beau palmier, la piscine et même la vue sur la mer au loin! La maison est bien agencée. La pièce principale est très grande et donne une impression d’espace dès qu’on rentre. La maison est bien équipée et facile à vivre. Accueil très sympa et efficace de la personne en charge du ménage. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation au mois d’avril mais cela doit être bien pratique quand les températures montent dans la région.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhig gelegen

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einem Villenviertel. Der Garten ist sehr schön bepflanzt mit mediterranen Sträuchern und Sukkulenten, blickdicht von der Straße und von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Das Haus selber ist einem guten Zustand, die Küche ist neu, das Bad und WC unten ebenso. Wir haben nur das Erdgeschoss benutzt. Es gab alle Küchengeräte, die man brauchte. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns die Haushälterin erwartet und hat uns das Haus gezeigt. Alles war tipp topp sauber. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Woche da verbracht. Man kann Ausflüge zu den Weinkellereien der Region, nach St. Tropez, Frejus, Cavalaire, Hyeres, etc. unternehmen.

Une belle semaine malgré l'incendie !

La propriété est très agréable et bien située offrant des prestations conformes à l'annonce, un vrai écrin de verdure où vous ne verrez aucun voisin ! La piscine et le terrain de pétanque ont été très appréciés pendant notre séjour ! La villa est très bien équipée, la climatisation dans toute la maison est un plus ! Il manquerait peut-être un petit salon de jardin... Malgré l'incendie, nous avons passé une belle semaine et nous remercions les propriétaires et la personne en charge de la maison pour leur sollicitude. A bientôt pour de prochaines vacances !

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir haben die Woche in diesem Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer, viel Privatsphäre, einem parkähnlichen Garten, einer liebevollen und praktischen Einrichtung. Hier hat alles gestimmt. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in einer viertel Stunde den Strand erreichen. Das Haus hat einen großzügigen Garten mit tollem Pool. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Man kann dort mit der ganzen Familie einen herrlichen Urlaub verbringen. Die Terrasse mit dem Bartisch und Meerblick ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen am Abend ein. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten und sehr schönem Pool, ruhig, toller Blick

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 12, 10, 7) haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt (Ende Mai 2018) in der Villa genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, mit großem Wohnbereich unten und sehr gut ausgestatteter, offener Küche. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich, sehr angenehm ist, dass man dort in die Fenster Mückengitter einsetzen kann, es gab zwar nicht viele, aber so konnte man nachts ohne Mücken das Fenster offen lassen. Die Terrasse ist teilweise überdacht mit schönem Tisch und hohen Stühlen, man kann das Meer in der Ferne sehen. Außerdem gibt es dort ein tolles Außensofa und man kann auch bei starker Sonne immer unter das Dach in den Schatten. Der Pool ist in einer tieferen Ebene des Gartens. Er ist am Einstieg ca. 1m tief und fällt dann bis auf ca. 2 m Tiefe ab, man kann also gut eine Runde schwimmen und an der tiefen Seite auch problemlos reinspringen. Er wurde während unserem Aufenthalt auch einmal pro Woche sauber gemacht, so dass er immer in sehr gutem Zustand war. Rundherum ist eine große Ebene mit Steinplatten, wo es Sonne und Schatten gibt. Der Garten ist sehr schön eingewachsen und nicht von außen einsehbar. Das Haus liegt in einer parkartigen Gegend. Man kann in ca. 20 min einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Bäckerei zu Fuß erreichen, von dort sind es noch einmal gut 5 min zu einem großen Sandstrand am Meer. Zum Ortszentrum sind es zu Fuß ca. 30 min. Mit Fahrrad / Auto ist natürlich alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und zu ihrer Assistentin vor Art war immer zuverlässig möglich und sehr freundlich. Die Realität ist sogar noch schöner als die Fotos in der Beschreibung der Villa!

Un havre de paix!

Mon mari et moi recommandons vivement cette location La maison est TRES agréable, un havre de paix au calme et à l'abri de tous regards mais néanmoins très proche en voiture de la plage ou des villages environnants. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine avec notre petite fille de 15 mois et nous nous sommes tous les 3 régalés - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces extérieurs: l'ombre du figuier le matin et la piscine l'après midi... Il y a même un terrain de pétanque pour les passionnés! Si je devais apporter quelques recommandations ce serait de prévoir un sèche cheveux, une machine a café a dosettes (idéalement nespresso) et peut etre de climatiser les chambres pour les périodes les plus chaudes Nous y reviendrons très probablement

Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifique. Dommage que l'eau soit un peu froide... La villa est meublée avec goût, la cuisine est bien agencée. La literie est bonne. Depuis le bar extérieur, on a une très belle vue sur le jardin et en arrière plan on aperçoit la mer. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons fait de terrible partie de pétanque sur le terrain derrière la maison. Merci pour ce beau séjour Bernard et Florence Furrer de Lausanne
