It was exactly as described. Nice clean place!! My only issues were the early check out time (10am) and some of the fees were not specified on the HomeAway quote.

We’re glad you were able to enjoy your Aspens property, Diona. We do our best to accommodate special requests, however sometimes we have a high number of same day arrival/departures, and our housekeeping team needs time to clean and inspect each unit properly. Thank you for letting us know about the HomeAway quote; we will contact our representative to make sure their quotes are accurate to avoid any surprises. Have a great rest of your fall!
Clean and well supplied unit pretty much as described. Web based check in worked well. Problems with managing the instruction for operating the TV and cable system. Wifi was fine.
Downsides: One metal dining chair back bent out of shape, refrigerator door tray attachments broke, downstairs bathroom sink broken lever stopped the drain (fixed by me) baseboard in downstairs bedroom door needed to have screw tightened to close the door (fixed again by me), burned out light bulb upstairs solved by using one from downstairs bathroom, upstairs shower drained slowly, downstairs toilet paper dispenser loose, sofa in living room very uncomfortable to sit on. We were an elderly couples so the stairs to the unit were a little difficult but manageable. Parking was fine. Missed seeing the bear that wandered by one morning when we slept late.
The condo accommodation was as pictured and described on the website. The features (rooms, appliances, furnishings, supplies, etc.) were of high quality and quantity. We were very pleased with those aspects.
Our late check-in was somewhat stressful because the courtesy phone connection had much static; thus, understanding was difficult.
One main problem occurred. The fireplace flue was open upon our arrival; we did not check its status. (Jackson Hole Lodging info stated that `upon departure, assure fireplace flue is closed'. One would assume that had been done by previous users and checked by housekeeping/cleaning staff.) We were not going to use the fireplace -- it was 80 degrees. However, a neighbor did use their fireplace 3 nights, and as a result, smoke entered our condo each of those 3 nights. The first night, the smoke was a minor annoyance; the 2nd and 3rd nights, it was bothersome, especially affecting sleep. We reported this to Jackson Hole Lodging management. They researched the issue, resolved the flue situation and were cordial in discussions.
Suggestions: a) Turn the hot water temperature to a lower setting. b) Provide lighting over the dining table, and perhaps replace the dining table with a smooth, cleanable/wipeable surface.
We intended to hike in GTNP each day, accessing the park via the Wilson/Moose highway. Because of bear activity in the area, that highway was closed during our entire stay; we had to travel through Jackson to go to the park. This was an inconvenience, but a necessary one.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for sharing these comments. We apologize for the issue you had with the draft in the fireplace but are glad that we were able to resolve the problem during your stay. We now have a remote check-in option that will allow guests to bypass both the front desk and the courtesy phone should you wish to head straight to the property upon arrival. The north section of Moose Wilson Road will close from time to time if bears or other wildlife are within close proximity. This is for the safety and well-being of all parties! We hope you were able to enjoy the property, the Teton Village/Jackson Hole area, and everything else during your vacation!
Very nice and comfortable stay with our family while visiting Teton and Yellowstone national parks. Also nice having the general store and cafe within walking distance.
Nicely stocked kitchen, a few games to play with the kids, lots of sleeping possibilities, quiet, comfortable mattresses, loved the papaya scented soap! The only thing I wish is that there was better lighting. It seemed dark in every room except the restrooms, and there weren't any more lights to turn on.
The property was in a great location with an easy drive to Teton Village, Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons National Park. The neighborhood was walkable with a nice grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance. The Jackson Hole property management company was very responsive to my questions.
We were so pleased with this property. We are a group of hikers so it was a short ride to popular trails and also the town of Jackson. It was very clean and very well equipped for all our needs. The little touches meant so much. Tissues, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. we would definitely stay here again.
Great location for our visit to Grand Teton National Park
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here however we did have a complaint about the twin beds being uncomfortable in the upstairs bedroom. We contacted property management about the issue and after not being able to locate two mattress toppers they said they had ordered two but would not be in until after our stay. So hopefully this has been rectified and will not be an issue for future guest.

Great for a Family Stay
This comfortable upstairs vacation rental is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a loft area that is nicely furnished, well maintained and equipped. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay including a view of the mountains. It's location made it a great choice for our 3-adult family. Our arriving flights got in late, but Mountains of Groceries had stocked our refrigerator, cabinets and bar so we were able to start our vacation that night! We came home one night to find a young female moose lounging on the grass at the foot of our stairs. Not wanting to spook her, we had to go around to approach the stairs from the other side. I have stayed in condos in the Aspens several times and have seen moose, usually grazing in common areas, every time. I love the location and the convenience to everything Jackson Hole has to offer.
