About the host
Hosted by Pat Leyser Sea Shell Condo 207 LLC
Our parents bought our unit in 1980. While we have been renting our unit for over 30 years we are new to VRBO as of September 2014. My sister and I along with our families have enjoyed Siesta Key for more times than we can count and have never grown tired of vacationing there. It is a great place for family vacations or for some quiet time alone with our spouses. When we get to the unit it always feels like home to us and I'm sure that once you stay here you will feel the same.
Why they chose this property
Our parents came to Siesta Key once and were hooked. I remember picking them up at Cleveland Hopkins Airport on their return home and jokingly asking them what they brought me back from Florida. My mother broke out in a big grin and said 'a condo'. Later that year we took the kids out of school and came down with my parents to see just what they had fallen in love with. It only took us one day to find out why. Now we have the joy of watching our grandchildren discover all the treasures that their parents, our children, did many years ago. I also remember my oldest son looking at his grandfather a few years back and telling him that buying the condo was the best thing he ever did for his family.
What makes this property unique
After vacationing here for over 30 years I can say that the best thing about the Sea Shell is it's location. The complex is not to small, not to large, on the beach yet within steps of almost anything you need or want. The unit has a warm, comfortable feel as soon as you open the front door.
By the way did I forget to mention the beach.
