A Perfect Stay In Poitiers

This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely plan on going back and staying longer.

Très bonne communication avec Philippe le propriétaire . Personne accueillante et avenante . Dommage qu’il ne soit pas précisé dans l’annonce qu il y a des horaires pour profiter de la piscine et que le jacuzzi ne soit pas chauffé plus en amont. Maison conforme à la description avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un exellent week end.

Magnifique résidence & accueil formidable

Nous avons eu un séjour mémorable dans la maison de Philippe. Les lieux sont extrêmement confortables et dotés d'une décoration absolument unique. Philippe est un hôte chaleureux, généreux et attentif. Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis et reviendrons volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

Très bon séjour dans cette grande maison spacieuse parfait pour des groupes de 8 personnes. Tous les équipements opérationnels. Chambres confortables avec salles de bains et plusieurs toilettes a disposition. Extérieur agréable dommage pour le train qui passe juste à côté mais qui reste discret une fois à l’intérieur. Propriétaire arrangeable et très gentil qui reste à votre disposition tout le long du séjour. Merci pour ce séjour au petit goret ! Nous recommandons !

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un groupe de 9 filles, nous avons passé un très bon séjour durant lequel chacune à pu profiter de la piscine ou de nombreux bains de soleil sont a disposition, du jacuzzi et du sauna. Nous avons trouvé sympa que le propriétaire nous raconte l'histoire de sa maison et qu'il en ai gardé une trace dans la décoration Petit plus apprécié: le cadeau du propriétaire à notre arrivée: un bouteille de pétillant et un gâteau spécialité locale. Petit bémol: la propreté de la maison et de la piscine.

Nous avons passé un weekend formidable dans cette belle maison vraiment très spacieuse. Nous étions ravi par le décor, surtout dans la cuisine, superbement équipée avec de la belle vaisselle à disposition. Feu de bois, sauna... des petits plus qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable, sans parler de l'accueil chaleureux de M. Berton qui nous a fourni des recommandations pour des restaurants etc. Si je ne mets que 4 étoiles, c'est pour en garder une pour notre séjour cet été où nous profiterons aussi de la piscine et jacuzzi !

Lieu très agréable, mais maison occupée par les biens personnels du propriétaire... Mobilier de chambres vétustes ; matériel de cuisine mal adapté pour la location. La location est mitoyenne avec des chambres d'hôtes qui ne sont pas toujours en adéquation avec la location pour 12 personnes. Situation géographique bien située. Piscine non conforme à l'annonce, bien que le passage d'une entreprise pour entretien une fois sur une quinzaine. La présence d'arbres multiples autour de la piscine engendre des inconvénients importants. Séjour au calme et proche du FUTUROSCOPE. malgré les trains...

Excellent Week End entre amis

Nous sommes arrivés à trois familles afin de visiter le Futuroscope et notre séjour fut unanimement excellent. Cette maison est très appréciable, d'autant plus si vous êtes nombreux car elle est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. De plus, il est beaucoup plus chaleureux et agréable de se retrouver entre amis dans une maison plutôt que dans un hôtel..... et au niveau qualité/prix c'est incomparable. En résumé : Que de bons moments passés ! ?Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Un grand merci à Mr BERTON pour son hospitalité.

location parfaite pour passer un week-end en famille nombreuse pour visiter le futuroscope (et sans nul doute de plus longs séjours): localisation accessible à pied de la gare (20 minutes), grande maison très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipée, grand jardin clos ; et accueil chaleureux et très disponible du propriétaire; A recommander vivement !
