We had a fantastic vacation with our children and grandchildren in this magical place.The house with a beautiful view on the Mediterranean and the parasol pines took us back to the Ramatuelle vacations of our childhood.Marinette made the joy of our stay complete!

Although the villa needs an refreshment update the location is beautiful and quiet where we felt safe and happy.

Dream come true

Exactly as advertised plus the sea breeze, birds chirping, and general vibe that I am already missing.Stats not in the listing: 3 of the bedrooms are along the poolside with doors that open directly into the deck. The master bedroom is upstairs, overlooking the pool with views of the sea and hillside. The 6th bedroom and 5th full bath is below the poolside terrace and deck and absolutely perfect for those who don’t want to wake up with the sun which rises from the views of the sea

All about the location

A fantastic location which is both tranquil and serene. The grounds and the pool are Lovely. The interior of the house is very basic and lacks much in the way of comfort. The furnishings are very dated and the kitchen very small for a house that has 5 bedrooms.There is a live in caretaker which we didn’t realise so felt less private than we may have preferred. Communication from the owner was always quick and easy as she has perfect English

Beautiful villa with a wonderful sea view

We stayed at Jacaranda with the whole family for 2 weeks for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a very quiet area near L'Escalet and has a spectacular sea view. A really good supermarket with high quality products is only a few hundred meters away. We really enjoyed all the amenities (large pool, private tennis court, boules court). The house was well equipped, including a large Weber outdoor grill. The only thing that needs to be renovated is the living room, which we actually didn't really use. It would also be desirable to replace the two single beds in some rooms with double beds. All rooms are equipped with well-functioning air conditioners and there were always plenty of shady spots around the pool during the day. The housekeeper Marinette, who lives in a side part of the building, was always very friendly and helpful. You didn't notice her all day, but she was immediately available when you needed her. We can highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un week-end absolument merveilleux en famille dans la villa. Le cadre était tout simplement idyllique, parfait pour se détendre, se retrouver et partager de beaux moments ensemble. Chaque détail a été pensé pour que l’on se sente bien : les espaces sont spacieux, confortables et très bien entretenus, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter pleinement du séjour.Un immense merci à la gérante Marinette qui a été vraiment au top du début à la fin. Accueillante, disponible, bienveillante et toujours à l’écoute, elle a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. C’est rare de rencontrer des personnes aussi professionnelles tout en étant aussi chaleureuses.Nous repartons avec le sourire, reposés et avec plein de jolis souvenirs en tête. Des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve entre amis dans un cadre idyllique, en pleine nature entre les pins et la mer. Avec 4 enfants de moins de 3 ans, c’était très facile car la maison est parfaitement équipée (lits parapluie, parc, chaises hautes, jouets etc). Marinette la gardienne des lieux nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et à été là pour nous aider tout au long du séjour. Tout était parfait !

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 4 enfants et leurs conjoints. La maison est sublime, dans un cadre idyllique, très bien équipée et soignée. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du terrain de tennis ainsi que du calme de la terrasse. Marinette est adorable, et aux petits soins! Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir dès que nous le pourrons.

Incredible property

We had a perfect trip. The house is beautiful, and very well situated. Marinette, the caretaker was very helpful, as was Evelyne, the owner. Second time around and again absolutely wonderful!

Really wonderful house and grounds with an amazing panoramic seaview. Absolute privacy in beautiful nature, but close to the sea, beach clubs and St Tropez. We also enjoyed the private tennis court and large, heated pool. It was our second time here and we definitely would like to come back again! The house has everything you would expect and has a very sweet and responsive house manager Marinette.

Perfect stay in wonderfull house

We had a great stay at Jacaranda and can highly recommend this house. It is located in a very calm area und we loved all the amneties the house offered (the pool, the boule place and especially the very well kept tennis court which we used every day). The access to the sea was very easy and there are a lot of small bays were you can go swimming. The furnishing and comfort of the house is great (it is much nicer than at looks on the photos). Even all the small things like nice dishes, appropriate wine glasses and towels with the logo of the house were very tasteful. The housekeeper Marinette who lives at the place was very helpful. We will be back!

Spaziergänge entlang der Küste und auf Reitwegen direkt am Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus. Prima ausgestattet. Jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gegessen, auch am Regentag. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, der Delikatessladen in Ramatuelle ist schnell zu erreichen.

Why they chose this property

To keep a house in the South of France in perfect condition is very expensive and the taxes add to the cost. This is the main reason why we rent our house.

To see the sun or the full moon rising from the sea is pure marvel !
