Apartamento con una ubicación espectacular frente a la bahía y la playa de Somo,zona tranquila, apartamento coqueto y con todo lo necesario ,hemos ido con nuestro perrito y se lo ha pasado genial en la zona del puntal donde pueden ir los perros y sobretodo a tener en cuenta, plaza de parking en el mismo edificio que se hace indispensable ya que toda la zona es de pago (zona azul).

Precioso apartamento

Hemos estado cinco días, muy a gusto y muy cómodos. El apartamento está muy bien situado, andando en tres minutos estás en la playa. Tiene de todo, muy bien equipado, es coqueto, decorado con mucho gusto y está todo súper limpio, un gustazo. Estela y Rafa nos recibieron de mil amores, atentos y muy agradables. Las vistas son preciosas, con todo abierto se está de lujo viendo anochecer. El baño es muy amplio y tiene muchos armarios y cómodas, muy cómodo todo. Muy recomendable, repetiremos!!

Ravis de notre premier séjour en Espagne

Appartement très agréable tout prêt de la mer et des écoles de surf. Estela parle français ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. L’accueil fut chaleureux ! Somo est une petite ville mais l'accès à Santander est très facile par bateau (juste à coté). De très belles vacances !

He alquilado el ático para mis vacaciones de verano y me ha parecido un sitio perfecto, con unas vistas al mar y a Santander, con su palacio de la Magdalena, fantásticas. Superbe appartement, déco symdpa, équipement au top avec vue sur la baie de Santander et el puntal .

Toujours un plaisir de venir chez Estela y Rafa a Solo. L'appartement est superbe, équipements et déco de qualité, salle de bains refaite a neuf , avec douche italienne et double vasque, le tout dans une résidence calme, à 5 min à pied de la plage, du centre de Somo, ou du skatepark. Tjrs un peu de houle à Somo et des dizaines de bons spots a moins de 50 km à la ronde. Top destination !

Apartamento idóneo para una pareja en buena zona, muy cerca de la playa y para poderte mover hacia otras zonas de alrededor, tanto Santander como otros pueblos cercanos. Bien equipado y en buen estado de limpieza para estancia de días. Los propietarios cercanos y agradables se prestan enseguida a respuesta de lo que necesites.

Una estancia muy agradable en todos sentidos

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue muy agradable. El apartamento está muy bien situado, justo delante de la playa. Con maravillosas vistas a Santander y su bahía. Muy bien equipado y limpio. Su propietaria, muy amable , nos acogió y nos dio información sobre Somo y sus alrededores. Haremos todo lo posible para volver en próximas vacaciones y, desde luego, se lo recomedaremos a nuestras amistades.

Excellente location !

C'est la deuxieme année que nous venons à Somo chez Estela. Appart sympas et trés agréable avec super vue sur l'ocean, Santander et "el Puntal" (on s'y sent vite chez soi). Environnement calme. Plage à 3 min à pied, bowl à 10 min, bac pour Santander à 5 min. Bonus : Somo est à moins d'1 heure de voiture de tous les meilleurs spots de Cantabrie ( los locos, el brusco, liencres..). On se demande encore pourquoi on est reparti !

Vacaciones en Somo

Nuestra primera impresión al llegar al apartamento fue buena. Pero luego, nos encontramos con la cocina sin limpiar (campana con bastante grasa, parte de la vajilla sucia, cucharillas con óxido, tostadora inutilizable, armarios cajones sucios, etc.); la ropa de cama, almohadas, colchón del dormitorio presentaban múltiples manchas amarillas, etc. Tras contactar con la propietaria y comentarle las deficiencias, inicialmente accedió a solventarlas, citándonos a las 16 horas del día siguiente a nuestra llegada. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que además de presentarse tarde, con gran frialdad, nos informó que prefería no solventarlas y devolvernos íntegramente el dinero, invitándonos a abandonar el apartamento en ese mismo momento. Agradecemos a esta persona el que nos haya arruinado las vacaciones que con tanta ilusión estábamos esperando desde hace un año y que no vamos a poder disfrutar hasta dentro de otro. Recalcar el daño que nos ha provocado a nosotros y en especial a nuestra hija.
