Ideally located near the center of the village (400 m) and leaning against the side of the village hill with a splendid sea view, the house is spacious with a large plot located in the heart of the Solenzara vineyards.
Tenants who have spent their holidays appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity to the beach of Solenzara. Not overlooked.
The renovation of the terrace and the construction of the swimming pool were carried out in winter 2011.
