Thanks for the review. For us are important in every words that s why I d like to specific some points . About the outdoor space , it s the first time someone tell me, because as you can see from the picture there are two table with minimum 6+6 place persons. About the kitchen I'm disappointed because there is utensils to do everything . I don't think you have just reheat a pizza because the kitchen seems very used and dirty . Sorry , it has been a pleasure to know you and I saw you were good people , but It was important for me specify some points.

At the beginning I thought it was a normal review on (another site that I can't indicated here), but when I saw that this person wrote another review here with another vote, I understand that something was strange. This women ( only her, because the other guests of the family , were happy and satisfied about everything, I remember the other nice lady saying me how was good the journey and she had also a friendly picture with my father , she was so cute). Everything born from this lady, called me at the end of the week ( and I don t understand why not at the beginning , if problems were important and real) to report some points: -dump in a bedroom ( and here I thank her because we discovered a loss of a tube that that we are solving with some bricklayers, as you can see from the calendar the house in this period (october 2018) is closed just for works. -About electricity : an electrician came to increase kilowatt in the kitchen area , the same day of the leaving. -About the point just written on top, I invite to read the review, before this, it is of a family that was in the same house some days before and none of this “problems” were indicated. -The pool towels were surely 10 ( we order to the laundry , I have the documents) so , at this point I miss two. -The house is for 8 +2 ( sofa bed) how is written everywhere . So 8 Sun beds are in the pool area , the 2 more are in the boiler room. It was enough if she ask it at the beginning of the journey and not at the checkout . -she says water was cold in the kitchen. At the check out after greetings , this was the first thing I checked and it was absolutely working. They were back some minutes after leaving because they forgot to ask me precise indications for a market I advice them before and I showed his husband that hot water was working , even this was strange! Anyway generally we intervene always the day of the request ( for example :at arrival they ask for a new kettle and for 16 dress hangers. I bought them and delivered some hours later) the point I wrote on top were indicated at the checkout when she has to pay the wine taken from the cellar in the house , THE BOTTLES TAKEN WERE 10, and we don't let them pay, me and my father decided that because It was a way to say them we were sorry if they were unlucky having a loss of tube and a problem of electricity properly in those days. We think it was better if she called me the first days, so that we could solve the problem soon as possible
