Amazing historical property very close to Aix yet in the countryside.

The two houses and the surrounding property are exceptional. The house (mas) has a lot of character, and the property offers plenty of space for 18 people with many outdoor and indoor gathering options. The house is well equipped and decorated with a wealth of art and antiques. Thanks to the traditional design of the building, the lack of air conditioning was not an issue despite a 40 C/100F heatwave. The only caveat is that we experienced several technical issues in the larger of the two houses: many electrical outlets didn't work, some light bulbs were bad, the stove gas bottle was empty, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. These problems could have been avoided if the owner had done a run-through before our arrival.
