It is located in a calm, exceptional environment, with a view of the umbrella pines of Cap Lardier, near Saint Tropez. Its 5000m2 garden, with lawns, is planted with umbrella pines, cypresses, olive trees. Large terraces with summer lounge, summer dining room, and built-in barbecue. Very beautiful swimming pool of 12mx6m, secure and heated in the intermediate season. Pool house with bar, shower, wc. Large game room with table football, table tennis. Pétanque field in the garden. The villa is composed of 2 large master bedrooms with their bathroom and their terrace, 2 bedrooms with full shower room, an independent bedroom with its kitchenette and its complete shower room, a bedroom / office with 2 beds with bathroom attached to the master bedroom. A living room with beams, fireplace, kitchen dining room, laundry. A large garage. Sheets and towels provided. 5h cleaning per week included. The gardener and the piscinist come once a week. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

The villa was just perfect! Great location, wonderful pool, lots of space, we would definitely return! Communication about the address of the villa was the hardest part, we booked a lot of Ubers during our stay and it was often difficult for them to find so make sure you get that bit right! A cleaner came mid week and gardeners and a pool man so everything kept tip top! A real gem :-)

Lovely house and property

This is a wonderful place to stay with up to 3 families and kids. We stayed there with 2 families of 4 and had a great time. The pool and property are stunning and the house is really comfortable and very nice. The location, just 15min walk down the hill to the beach or a sort drive is also perfect. We loved staying here and exploring the area. The only downside was the house was not that well cleaned as it had recently been opened for the summer and was just sort of dusty and could have been cleaner but didn't bother us much. Highly recommend!

Lovely

The house is large with plenty of space for large families or groups. The amenities all worked great, including AC which was helpful in the bedrooms during warm summer. The property is beautiful with lots of grass area for children to play, huge pool and lots of games to play. It’s a bit of a drive from the beach but you get used it after a few trips. And the location is perfect to drop into Gigaro, La Croix Valmer or go into Ramatuelle easily. However walking to the beach was too far for our family. We loved the house and would definitely rent again!

La villa est magnifique et le jardin est splendide, la piscine aussi, rien à redire. Par contre le descriptif de la maison manque de précision. Je m'explique: 6 chambres et 6 salles de bain dit l'annonce; Ce qu'on ne dit pas:- il faut traverser une chambre pour aller dans une seconde, c'est très désagréable, les personnes de la seconde chambre doivent aller se coucher avant les autres ou ils les réveillent en traversant leur chambre.
