Séjour très agréable !

Maison très spacieuse (chacun avec son coin à soi), bien décorée, très bien située, proche d'une plage magnifique. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a ouvert puis refermé la maison. Excellent accueil ! Nous reviendrons.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable.

Pas mieux que le titre, et en plus bien placée par rapport à la plage toute proche à pied.

Maison très agréable et très bien placée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison très bien située au fond d’une impasse au calme. A 5 min à pied de la plage de Lodonnec et de la crêperie. La maison est très lumineuse. Coin terrasse extérieure très agréable et proche de la cuisine. Très bonne literie. Nous n’avons manqué de rien : beaucoup de vaisselle et d’équipements. Nous recommandons cette location. Juste une petite suggestion : un barbecue un peu plus grand serait préférable Merci et peut-être à une prochaine fois.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich. Für 6 erwachsene Personen genügend Platz. Zum Strand 5 min zu laufen.

Mon allemand n'est pas bon. Je comprends: maison très joliment meublée avec un bel espace extérieur. Assez d'espace pour 6 adultes. 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Merci!

House size was great for 6 people & 2 children & good size garden. Location to beach 10 min walk.

On arrival we were met by 2 ladies who showed us round & gave information. House & garden size was great with plenty of room for everyone. Garden span whole way round house with grass area, patio & wooded area to explore. The location to a big beach was 10 min walk & lovely walk onto the local cafe bar which was friendly & good food. We love the area & visited Benodet, Il Tudy, Saint Marine many times before. Quiet village unfortunately all shops/ supermarkets were driving distance. Negatives on the house & garden were the sofa bed was uncomfy to spend 2 weeks on. Non of the bedrooms had enough storage with some having just draws, the 2 with wardrobes only either had a rail or couple shelves & the sofa bed room did not have any storage at all so was living out of suitcases for 2 week. In addition the cleanliness was not great with spiderwebs every furniture, dust everywhere, damp & mould patches in the bathroom areas, weeds & nettles in the garden & a gas tank accessible to children! Its a real shame as location & size of property was great but cleanliness & safety for children was lacking. Weather was mixed but still managed plenty of beech days. On the positive we were left a bottle of cider, some cleaning products & crepes for our stay which was lovely gesture. The property would be perfect if good clean up, redecoration & get rid of mould & damp. Garden needs a good tidy up cutting hedges, grass, getting rid of weeds & nettles. There was also a bug problem with everyone in the house getting bitten on a daily basis & each day having to bug spray! Overall it would be a great property with a little TLC

Excellente location

Nous avons passe quinze jours excellent dans cette maison. La Maison est très agréable, claire et spacieuses. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles. Et la plage est au bout de la rue. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants, tout le monde a été enchante de notre séjour.

Es war wirklich ein herrlicher Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Umgebung.

Loctudy und Umgebung ist eine Augenweide. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Das Haus war top. Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Der 300m entfernte, wunderbare Atlantik-Strand ist herrlich und einfach bzw. rasch zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war wirklich Urlaub!! Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal hier unseren Urlaub verbringen..

Mon allemand n'est pas fluante. Je traduis (via Internet): "Loctudy et ses environs sont un régal pour les yeux. L'hôtesse très sympathique. La maison était super. Joliment décoré et très propre. Très bien équipé. La magnifique plage de l'Atlantique, à 300 mètres, est magnifique et facile d'accès à pied. C'était vraiment des vacances !! Nous passerions nos vacances ici à tout moment." Merci!

sejour tres agreable

Emplacement parfait, maison tres agréable, propriétaire et responsable des cles disponibles, flexibles et accommodants pour la remise et le retour des clés, rien à redire. Bonne literie, maison bien equipee, il manquait juste une couette pour un des couchages mais ca a ete resolu depuis. Prevoir son linge par contre. Juste une petite remarque, il faudrait mettre a jour la version imprimée du guide de la maison qui est dans le séjour c'est encore l'ancienne version, plus les mêmes équipements disponibles depuis (vélos etc). Merci pour tout nous reviendrons sûrement!

Un grand merci pour vos retours. Les retours sont sincèrement toujours très constructifs. Bien noté pour la mise à jour du livret d accueil mis à disposition des vacanciers. En particulier pour les vélos: Nous aimerions prêter nos vélos, mais apparemment en cas d'accident, c'est compliqué; nous, locataires, serions responsables en cas de problèmes; alors nous avons préféré ne plus les prêter... ce qui est bien dommage , je le conçois... A bientôt j'espère! Marie. PS 1: Effectivement nous avons acheté la couette manquante (encore une fois toute nos escuses pour ce "désagrément". PS 2: Avez vous retrouvé l'objet perdu? Bonne rentrée. PS 3: En ce soir du 17 août, toutes nos pensées sont tournées vers Barcelone. C'est dommage que notre monde soit devenu fou; mais après tout, notre monde n'est il pas fou depuis qu'il existe...
