The location is spectacular. Parking was tricky and I scratched my car trying to maneuver so I didn’t have to back uphill. Overall I loved being able to spend some quite time in a beautiful and quiet location.

Maison à Porto Torres

Un maximum de confort pour cette maison. Le port tout proche nous a permis de profiter d'un dernier bain de mer avant de prendre le bateau.

Heerlijk plekje om te verblijven. Weg van de drukte, geweldig uitzicht, lekkere tuin en terras. Huis was netjes en goed verzorgd.

Una settimana di buen retiro

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni presso questo appartamento. Tutto è stato accurato. La posizione in rilievo e defilata rispetto all'abitato permette di ottenere il massimo della tranquillità, con un panorama speciale sullo splendido litorale verso Capo Ferrato. Ho apprezzato anche il piccolo giardino e la doccia esterna. Anche nei giorni di massimo caldo c'era sempre.una piacevole brezza. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione.

Il quadro

La vista della quale si gode dalla veranda di questa abitazione sembra un quadro,dal mare alla collina lo sguardo si perde tra verde e azzurro,comodo nella tua sdraio ti perdi ad osservare.Casa deliziosa,essenziale e completa,pulita e di nuovissima costruzione.Poco distante dal mare e dal centro abitato (ristoranti,pizzerie,farmacia e supermercati).Piscina Rey e la sua spiaggia sono incantevoli e a misura familiare per bambini anche piccoli!! Ma se vi piace girare ci sono una moltitudine di spiagge e calette tutte attorno che vale la pena visitare. Spero di tornare l’anno prossimo..il relax e la privacy sono un toccasana

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wundervoll. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, abseits vom Strassenlärm, eine richtig wohltuende Stille. Der Garten wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

L'immagine dell'annuncio parla da sola: la casa è in una posizione strategica, oltre che molto bella. Si gode della fresca brezza marina anche nei momenti più caldi della giornata e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono le meravigliose spiagge che punteggiano la costa. Sarete inoltre accolti dalla squisita ospitalità dei proprietari.CONSIGLIATISSIMO !

Lage und Aussicht war wundervoll, die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Leider war die Waschmaschiene kaputt, Dusche ist extrem klein und die Tür der Duschkabine ist gebrochen :) A kornyek es a kilatas gyonyoru, a tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek voltak. Sajnos a tusolo extrem kicsi, plusz a kabinajto torott volt :)

io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa splendida casa, ci siamo trovati benissimo, Il paesaggio dalla veranda è indimenticabile e la Signora Carmela è gentile e disponibile. La casa è in una posizione bellissima e tranquilla.

Tutto e' come da annuncio;la casa ha una vista fantastica ed e' a pochi km da servizi e spiagge da favola; la sig.ra Carmela e' stata gentilissima e disponibile fin dal primo contatto....per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno e perfetto,abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, Alessandro,Silvia,Matteo e Marco

"La casa (nuovissima) si ...

"La casa (nuovissima) si trova in altura alle spalle del paese di Costa Rei e questo la fa apprezzare moltissimo perchè è una zona molto tranquilla ma panoramica a meno di 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più vicine e da tutti i servizi che offre il paese stesso. La zona è ancora in fase di sistemazione urbanistica perchè è di recente sviluppo, ma promette molto bene! La gentilissima signora Carmela ci ha accolto con molta cortesia e disponibilità ed è stata reperibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La casa, conforme alla descrizione offerta, è molto ben attrezzata e curata, c''è praticamente tutto quello che serve, persino molta attrezzatura balneare (ombrelloni, sdraiette, etc)e il barbecue che abbiamo anche usato. Indimenticabili le cene sulla veranda con vista dall''alto verso le spiagge di Piscina Rei e il suono dei grilli e delle greggi in lontananza... Ci mancano un po''!"
