Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde!!! Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt! Es war schön ruhig, der Pool war ein Traum, die Zimmer waren akklimatisiert und die Terrasse hat zum verweilen eingeladen. Die Lage war ideal. Zum Strand waren es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir in 10 Minuten einen bewachten strandabschnitt erreichen. Wirklich ein super Ort, um die Gegend zu genießen… für uns und unsere Kinder!

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben zwei tolle Urlaubswoche mit zwei Familien in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles war genau wie beschrieben. die Terrasse ist toll denn, der Grill funktioniert gut es gibt genug Platz für alle . Und auch wenn es sehr heiß ist, gibt es genug Schatten. Die Tischtennisplatte war sehr viel im Einsatz. Die Betten waren alle samt sehr bequem. Und das WLAN funktioniert schneller als zu Hause. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage zum Strand und das ganze Viertel ist sehr ruhig. Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub!

Ein schöner Platz für einen Seeurlaub außerhalb der Hauptsaison

La Tranche s.M. kennen wir seit 1980 und sind seitdem ein Dutzend mal in wechselnden Quartieren dort gewesen, zuletzt vor 6 Jahren. Diesmal mit 5 Erw. und einem Kleinkind (21 Monate) im Parc du Rocher. Der lange Strand in La Griere hat seinen besonderen Reiz. Die gemietete Villa war ein sehr gutes Quartier. Von außen unauffällig, mit geschlossenem Garten, zwei Terrassen, Außengrill, moderner Haustechnik und einer qualitativ guten Inneneinrichtung, der man anmerkt, dass der Eigentümer selbst von Zeit zu Zeit darin wohnt und alles sorgfältig pflegt. Das ist nicht immer so. Angenehm auch die Hausverwaltung durch Maud. Der Neuankömmling findet Übergangsvorräte, vom Mineralwasser über die Müllsäcke bis zumToilettenpapier, die man selbst auch bei der Abreise wieder ersetzt. Wir könnten glatt dort wieder einmal mieten!

Amazing holiday in the Vendee

We had a wonderful two week holiday in the Vendee. With just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to La Tranche the Villa was ideally located to satisfy all our needs. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, with a kitchen fully fitted with all mod cons. We would highly recommend this Villa and the area as a holiday destination

Maison bord de mer très agréable !

Une maison très agréable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille avec des enfants en bas âge (3 et 6 ans). La maison est conforme à l'annonce et les photos très réalistes. Une localisation parfaite pour des vacances réussies, à quelques mètres de la plage (à pied en 2 minutes, grande plage très agréable) et proche de petits commerces. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et une personne sur place en contact. On recommande !

Toller Urlaub am Strand!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal mit unseren drei Kindern in diesem Haus und hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Es ist modern eingerichtet, sauber, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, Gewürze, Olivenöl und andere Dinge sind vorhanden, so dass wir sie weiter benutzen konnten. Bei Bedarf haben wir am Ende aufgefüllt. Moderne Terasse und großer Sandgarten mit Tischtennis. Selbst das vorhandene Strandspielzeug darf man benutzen. Trotz Hochsaison war der 3 Minuten entfernte ewige Sandstrand nie voll, und die Nachbarschaft (nur kleine Ferienhäuschen in privater Benutzung) ruhig und angenehm. Das Wasser des Atlantiks ist mit ca. 23 Grad relativ warm, und die Wellen bei Flut kontrollierbar. Unser Kleinster (4) hat am liebsten gebuddelt und bei Ebbe Krebse gesucht, aber die beiden Großen (9,12) liebten Wellenspringen und Bodyboard surfen. Morgens habe ich immer einen Spaziergang zum Bäcker gemacht, auch viele Restaurants, ( ca. 12 Min.) und bin am Strand zurüchgelaufen! Tolle Stimmung! Extra Punkt: Man ist wirklich in Frankreich, denn hier machen zu 95% Franzosen in ihren Sommerhäuschen Urlaub (aber sie sprechen auch englisch). Wir kommen bestimmt ein 3. Mal!!!

Une maison rare, à chaudement recommander car en plus d'être extrêmement agréable, il n'y manque rien, pas même l'esprit de partage que tout laisse deviner. Un grand merci à nos hôtes et à très vite, Cordialement.

Lovely house, clean and well equipped near beach

Stephane's house is beautiful and well equipped. A 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to la Griere with its bakeries ,restaurants and bars, a 25 minute leisurely stroll along the beach to La Tranche Sur Mer (or a free bus). The house is well equipped inside and out with a lovely terrace in the garden for a lazy breakfast or long dinner in the evenings. With table tennis for the kids and a large sandy area to play in, you would be forgiven for not going the beach. We have had a wonderful holiday and hope to return in the future,

Maison sympa!

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette belle maison. Nous avons spécialement apprécié l’espace à disposition dans le séjour et le grand jardin bien équipé. Maison très bien équipée en bord de plage

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans votre maison, qui est très bien équipée. Nous avons pu jouer à la pétanque et au ping-pong : très sympa ! C’était parfait au niveau calme, il n’y avait aucune maison occupée aux alentours. Les averses étaient heureusement de courte durée, et nous avons pu tout de même profiter du soleil. La région est belle, avec de grandes plages de sable fin. Juin 2016

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday at Stephane's house. Everything was as descriped. The beach is in walking distance and the garden is excelent if your travelling with kids. The house is very well equiped. We would love to come here again.

Belle maison dans un quartier très calme, à quelques pas de l'océan. Plage même pas débordée en saison. Boulanger à 700m, autres commerces à env. 1km. Très propre. Grande et belle terrasse en bois. Equipement complet. Il manquaient juste un peu plus de crochets. On s'est senti bien dans cet endroit. A recommander!

Excellente location

Maison vraiment très agréable avec une superbe terrasse et son mobilier de jardin + table pingpong à disposition. Intérieur très propre à l'arrivée, belle répartition de l'espace et 2 sanitaires - très agréable et propre, décoration quasi neuve. Equipement très complet et de qualité + barbecue extérieur (non nettoyé à l'arrivée) - linge de maison neuf&propre / très bons matelas mais pas de matériel bébé. Espaces de rangement suffisant pour une famille de 7. Distance avec la plage conforme à l'annonce même si la plus belle plage se situe de l'autre côté de La Tranche (10 min en voiture).
