Very peaceful.Self contained detached house in the country,ten minutes by car from the wonderful beaches in S.Pietro island and from the center of the town.you can enjoy yourself walking in the quiet rural location and swimming in the best sea of the Mediterranean area.

Finalmente il silenzio
Il posto è veramente bello, immerso in una pineta di Pino di Aleppo, comodo per raggiungere qualunque posto dell'isola, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, la casa è bella con una terrazza che si affaccia sulla proprietà che vale da sola l'affitto della casa stessa. Consigliato a chi vuole ripulirsi dalle "scorie"della vita in città

bellissima, ordinatissima e organizatissima
È sempre un'emozione tornare in questa oasi di pace e tranquillità, troviamo sempre tutto ben organizzato nei minimi particolari, il proprietario sempre pronto ad intervenire per risolvere qualsiasi problema si presenta.
È una casa che vi darà serenità, anche se un giorno decidete di rimare a case non rimarrete delusi, starete nel bel piazzale a leggere, parlare, prendere il sole, fare conversazione bevendovi un drink, fare una bella grigliata in compagnia.

INCANTEVOLE
Casa molto confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire a rendere indimenticabile una vacanza.
Splendida location in mezzo al verde circondati solo da pace e tranquillità, un cielo stellato da far invidia a qualunque osservatorio.
A soli 10 minuti (in auto) da Carloforte e poco più dalle altre spiagge.
Il punto forte dell'alloggio è senz'altro la veranda dove abbiamo sempre trascorso i pomeriggi al fresco e mangiato con le prelibatezze della rosticceria "Il pranzo è servito" ...non dover cucinare rende ancora più vacanza la vacanza!!
Infine la squisita cortesia e generosità dei proprietari che ci hanno lasciato ritornare a casa con la nostalgia di poter essere presto di nuovo loro ospiti.

UAUUUU che bello, voglio tornare..
Bellissima casa, molto curata, pulita, ordinata, con tutti i confort, appena parti, stai già pensando alla data di ritorno.
Un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi, questa casa si trova in una posizione assolutamente strategica, da qui puoi raggiungere in brevissimo tempo la maggior parte delle bellissime calette dell'Isola di San Pietro.

Vorrei rimanere ancora...
Siamo clienti affezionati di questa bellissima proprietà, siamo stati già tre volte, ed ogni volta confermo il nostro giudizio assolutamente positivo. È una casa sempre ben curata, il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni richiesta.

Très charmant, agréable, confortable
Une maison charmante, calme, fraiche, confortable, avec des équipements fonctionnant bien. Propriétaires sympathiques et pas compliqués. Terrasse ombragée très accueillante. Jardin magnifique.
A peine rentrés chez nous, on rêve déjà d'y retourner !

BELLA CASA IN POSTO BELLISSIMO E COMODISSIMO
Casa ben tenuta, pulitissima a 10 minuti di auto dalle bellissime spiagge, scogliere e dal centro abitato, ma state bene anche senza andare al mare, godendo la natura e il silenzio circostante. Consigliato vivamente, non rimarrete delusi.

Vacanza perfetta ,in un contesto adatto a chi cerca natura incontaminata e tranquillità. La casa è bene atrezzata ,con spazi, sia interni che esterni, ben distinti che danno la possibilità agli ospiti di avere anche privacy .Per noi che amiamo , oltre al mare, fare anche trkking non mancano certo intinerari.I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili e discrete . E sicuramente un arrivederci!

natura e tranquillità
non posso che confermare le indicazioni degli inquilini che mi hanno preceduto , la casa è collocata in posizione strategica, lontano dalla confusione ma a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge e dalla cittadina di Carloforte.
Dotata di ogni confort necessario
La speranza mia e della mia famiglia e di poterci tornare la prossima estate.

1.immersa nella nostra meravigliosa macchia mediterranea lontana da tutta la banalità della civiltà e comunque a 5 minuti di macchina dalla bella, ligure e vera Carloforte
