Nous avons passé des excellentes vacances ici. Au calme et au vert, nous avons pu nous détendre mais également visiter des très bels endroits aux alentours. Sur place il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même plus: un jeu de pétanque, une table de ping-pong, un barbecue.La piscine est très grande et elle nous a bien servie pendant les journées chaudes.Je recommande cette location pour passer du temps en couple ou en famille.

Comme la dernière fois un excellent séjour !!!

Nous avions séjournés il y a 7 ans environ, au même endroit. Nous avons retrouvé le même accueil (formidable) la demeure est très jolie. Si vous souhaitez visiter le Bordelais une adresse à ne pas manquer pour un rapport qualité/prix au top. Un grand MERCI aux propriétaires et à bientôt. PS : si vous avez un souci de voiture son garagiste est un CHEF !!!

Ruhige Lage im Bordeaux

Gute Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und höflich. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit zum Tischtennisspielen. Leider gab es kein deutsches Fernsehen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Place to Stay in Bordeaux

We stayed in the house in Bordeaux for 3 weeks with our two grown up children and it was a great experiance. The house is in a very quit neighbourhood and has a very spacious garden. The pool is create perfect to swim & relax and our children loved the table tennis, too. The house has everything you need to spend a great vacation and exceeded very much our expectation from the photos. There are many beautiful places to visit in the Bordeaux region. Emmanuel and his wife are lovely people and where always very helpful and helped us with ideas what to visit. We definitely love to come back in the future. Merci beaucoup! Emmanuel

Riesiges Grundstück mit der Möglichkeit, Tischtennis zu spielen, ein Trampolin ist auch vorhanden. Uns wurden zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, die praktisch sind für den Weg zum Bäcker. Highlight ist der Pool, der super sauber und sehr groß ist und den wir ganz allein nutzen konnten. Großartig! Die Gegend ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Bordeaux und der Gegend. Emmanuel hatte viele gute Tipps für uns und war sehr unkompliziert. Eine absolute Empfehlung dieser Unterkunft, wenn man totale Ruhe sucht und gleichzeitig diese schöne Gegend erkunden möchte. Superbe parc arboré. Belle piscine. Logement vaste, très bien équipé et très propre. Et les propriétaires sont adorables ! Bref, des vacances super malgré une météo exceptionellement fraiche.

Magnifique endroit

Très très belle villa! Parfaite pour une famille avec des enfants Jardin et piscine sécurisés, la maison est en pierre donc plutôt bien isolée de la chaleur de l'été et il y a des barrières aux escaliers. La piscine est très grande et très propres. Un super barbecue et une grande table de ping pong était sur place donc c'était génial de pouvoir en profiter. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très soucieux de notre confort pendant le séjour. Très discrets lorsqu'ils étaient sur les lieux et la villa etait vraiment mise à disposition pour nos vacances. Franchement merci on a été très a l'aise chez vous et on a passé de très bonnes vacances! Bonnes continuations. Stéphane et sa tribue.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you would hope for. It is sited in a quiet location on the edge of Saint-Capris village. Beautiful home

Very spacious property and surroundings. Gorgeous pool area too. House has all amenities that you would need. We stayed here for a week. The area is a little quiet, there is a small supermarket and bakery for food. We travelled to surrounding towns for dinner each night. The owner is lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

EXCELLENT SEJOUR !

Après des vacances passées en août 2016, nous avons passé un second séjour durant les vacances de Pâques 2017 dans cette merveilleuse maison ! Monsieur et Madame Huot-Marchand ont été formidables, très chaleureux et ce fut un véritable plaisir que de les retrouver ! Nous conseillons très fortement cette maison, qui a tous les critères pour convenir à tous types de séjour, en famille, en couple, avec ou pas des enfants (en bas âges ou adolescent)… Les photos représentent exactement l’endroit merveilleux où les vacances sont vraiment synonymes de vacances ! La maison est très spacieuse et le jardin est grand, clôturé, ce qui permet une réelle sécurité pour les enfants. En résumé, il y a vraiment tout dans cette location pour le bien être de chaque personne, car il ne manque absolument rien ! Quant à la piscine, elle est vraiment un élément incontournable de cette location. Elle est privative et vraiment très propre. En effet, l'eau est nettoyée chaque jour par un robot qui permet d'avoir une qualité incroyable de l'eau ! Pour information, la maison se trouve à une dizaine de minutes de Bordeaux, ce qui est fort agréable lorsque l'on souhaite visiter cette ville. Par ailleurs, des commerces de proximité se trouvent à moins de dix minutes à pied de la location, et à une dizaine de minutes en voiture, un supermarché est disponible. Mes deux fils, de 7 et 9 ans, se sont beaucoup amusés dans cette maison et dans ce grand jardin, où se trouve notamment un trampoline à l'extérieur ! Je donnerai le même conseil que lors de ma dernière appréciation : je conseille vivement cette location pour toutes personnes voulant se détendre et passer d'excellents moments avec ou sans enfant ! Enfin, je souhaite renouveler un très grand merci à Monsieur et Madame HUOT-MARCHAND pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. Carole, Philippe, Dorian et Gaël de NICE

Fabulous!

This was the ideal choice for a holiday outside yet near to Bordeaux. Excellent communication from owner Emmanuel during the booking process, where nothing was too much trouble. And this continued during our stay, with delightful owners discreet yet on hand if a problem (massive electric storm during which Emmanuel rushed over with extra candles). Before the break in the weather we enjoyed the spacious, clean pool and its surroundings. Very large garden planted with many different kinds of trees. All terrifically peaceful. The journey into Bordeaux required a short hop on the motorway, and then negotiation with the trams and bikes. Easy once done - Bordeaux is now designed for pedestrians! We needed to go in several times as our daughter was starting at university there. A wonderfully vibrant city with so much to do, with an extraordinary choice of bars and restaurants. St Caprais, a good village with excellent baker and above average small supermarket, is also with easy reach of all the other important places to visit, St Emilion for instance. We always enjoyed coming back to our holiday house, though: plenty of room to eat outside, well equipped kitchen, table tennis in the barn. The house was very comfortable and more spacious than photos suggest. We enjoyed plenty of conversations with these delightful owners, who seem to have mastered the art of melting away so never were we aware that they lived adjacent to us. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Excellent séjour, en tous points ! Les photos correspondent exactement à la location ! Maison spacieuse, jardin très grand et clôturé permettant la sécurité des enfants. Tout est fait pour le bien être des personnes...il ne manque absolument rien ! Les propriétaires, Monsieur et Madame HUOT-MARCHAND, sont des personnes formidables, très respectueuses et discrètes, tout en étant présentes en cas de besoin. La piscine est exceptionnelle ! L'eau est nettoyée chaque jour par un robot qui permet d'avoir une qualité incroyable de l'eau ! La maison se trouve à une dizaine de minutes de Bordeaux, ce qui est fort agréable lorsque l'on souhaite visiter cette ville. Des commerces de proximité se trouvent à moins de dix minutes à pied de la location, et à une dizaine de minutes en voiture, un supermarché est disponible. La maison est très propre et soignée. Nous avons passées 2 excellentes semaines avec mon mari et ma fille de 16 ans. Tout était parfait Des propriétaires adorables : merci pour votre accueil !! Une très jolie maison : impeccable , avec tout l'équipement nécessaire L'extérieur de la maison est magnifique : un superbe parc paysagé , une très belle piscine. Tout était réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances reposantes. Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances au calme dans une très jolie région et en plus proche de Bordeaux.

Superbe séjour à Saint Caprais

Nous sommes ravis de notre passage à Saint Caprais de Bordeaux. Nous avons été fort bien accueilli. Les propriétaires de cette formidable propriété sont charmants et nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. La propriété offre beaucoup de perspectives de repos, de détente et de confort... Elle est parfaitement équipée et adaptée à la présence de jeunes enfants. Elle offre également de belles perspectives d'activités et de sorties dans les vignobles et les alentours de Bordeaux. L'entre deux mers est résolument une région riche à découvrir... Merci pour ce formidable séjour!
