A great place to spend your vacation in Solana Beach. This bright two-bedroom condominium has beautiful ocean views with a cool sea breeze, fireplace, wireless internet, large screen TVs & is one of the few units in the area with air conditioning. Located in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club, the complex offers pool, two spas, and four tennis courts plus beautiful landscaping and water features. You’ll love living the Southern California lifestyle in this great condo in a fantastic location with easy walkability to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach right outside your door.
Access stairs adjacent to the community take you right down to the sand where you can enjoy the sun and crashing waves or take a walk to Del Mar.
Solana Beach has a mellow, small-town feel that compels visitors to take it slow. Along with gorgeous bluffs overlooking the ocean and a serene shoreline, Solana Beach boasts one of San Diego’s top shopping districts, plus great restaurants, and nightlife.
Check out the races at Del Mar Racetrack, see what’s happening at the fairgrounds, or take the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, it’s just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland.

A beautiful property right on the ocean!

This is really a prize property inside and out. The inside is recently renovated, clean and spacious. The outside offers beautiful grounds for walking, easy access to the beach, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We absolutely loved our time here, especially listening to the waves while in bed at night. You won't regret any time you spend here!

I cook a lot because of food challenges, and the staff provided me with a blender and a proper coffee pot. The kitchen could have been better stocked. No salad or mixing bowls. No kitchen towels. The fireplace door was broken, and the master sink didn't drain from the moment I got there, but maintenance came the next day for that! I would stay again and recommend!!

We spoke with people who live in the condos and they were very welcoming. Overall my daughter and I had a much needed week in paradise.

The kitchen, dining area and living room are all open, modern and clean. Great new floors! The bedrooms & bathrooms are a good sizes, They’re clean, however, I wish that there was new hard flooring in the bedroom, like in the rest of the house. I also wish that the kitchen was stocked with essentials instead of random things that people left behind. There weren’t any paper towels, basic seasonings or even dish washer detergent. All in all, it was great and we’d definitely stay again!
