Located in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club, the complex offers pool, two spas, and four tennis courts plus beautiful landscaping and water features. You’ll love living the Southern California lifestyle in this great condo in a fantastic location with easy walkability to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach right outside your door.
Access stairs adjacent to the community take you right down to the sand where you can enjoy the sun and crashing waves or take a walk to Del Mar.
Solana Beach has a mellow, small-town feel that compels visitors to take it slow. Along with gorgeous bluffs overlooking the ocean and a serene shoreline, Solana Beach boasts one of San Diego’s top shopping districts, plus great restaurants, and nightlife.
Check out the races at Del Mar Racetrack, see what’s happening at the fairgrounds, or take the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, it’s just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland.
