STUNNING newly renovated condo overlooking the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds. This beautiful home has breathtaking views of the ocean and racetrack and is located in the heart of Solana Beach and Del Mar. Walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

This property is the perfect unit to call home away from home. It has abundant natural light, a fully loaded kitchen for cooking, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Disney+, and Hulu, and high speed internet. Master bedroom includes king size bed, desk, two closets, large, en suite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom includes bunk bed-twin over full (crib also available). The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool access and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! During race season, watch the horses from the comfort of the patio.

The pictures did not do this home justice! The view is amazing. Gate for track is RIGHT ACROSS the street and the walk to beach and town is great. You can also walk to the train station and take a coaster day train to San Diego. Perfect vacation

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Easy access to great food, beaches, the railway, San Diego, the fair (and horse track) and anything else that you might want to do in the area. We HIGHLY recommend and will be back.

Del Mar with a view!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to San Diego! The location is great for the fairgrounds and horse track as well as being able to walk to the beach was amazing! The host does a great job of communicating with you. I would highly recommend this property!

Ideal family vacation

Great location with close proximity to beaches, restaurants and all the kid attractions. We did Legoland, Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo and a SEAL tour from Seaport Village and this home provided the perfect kid-friendly home base for adventuring. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need and was even more spacious than the pictures show. We look forward to staying here again!
