Lovely stay in Cinquale!

This flat was a lovely flat. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, and small places to dine. Both Silvia and Terra were truly accommodating and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return...but perhaps when the weather is a bit cooler.

Pures Wohlfühlen

Wie in anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben, manche Dinge sind nicht nagelneu, ABER wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung! Es ist einfach gemütlich und alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist mit 35 € pro Tag nicht gerade günstig, aber das ist dort so üblich und es gibt ja auch den freien Strandabschnitt, der auch nicht dreckig ist oder an einem Anschlußkanal liegt o.ä. Wir haben Liege und Schirm im Belmare allerdings sehr genossen. Der Ort ist nicht so mondän wie Forte dei Marmi, Gott sei Dank :-), man kann aber alles kaufen und gerne auch mal einen Cappuccino trinken oder Essen gehen. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, so wurde bspw. Pietrasanta zu unserem LIeblingsort, den wir ohne ihren Tipp nicht aufgesucht hätten! Heute Abend trinken wir den Willkommenswein auf unserer Terrasse, Danke für die schöne Zeit, bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal!

una garanzia

abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per far cambiare aria a nostro figlio più piccolo e la sistemazione si è rivelata ad di sopra delle aspettative. l'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, pulito, caldo (nonostante fossimo soli nella palazzina) e perfettamente attrezzato. la Sig.ra Silvia è stata molto cortese e disponibile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per il soggiorno. la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie compresa) unico imprevisto, si è intasato lo scarico della doccia ma fortunatamente c'era il "fungo" e in pochi minuti abbiamo risolto l'unico piccolo problema di una settimana di soggiorno.

schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung und sauber. Die Vermieterin, die wir leider nicht kennengelernt haben, hat ein erstes kleines Frühstückspaket und eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß vorbereitet. Die nette englischsprechende Verwalterin erklärte uns alles, hatte aber leider keine Ersatzbatterie für die Fernbedienung des Hoftores dabei, sodass wir immer manuell öffnen und schließen mussten. Die Kleiderschränke riechen leider sehr, sodass wir immer die Türen offen hatten. Auf dem überdachte Balkon konnten wir wunderbar in der Morgensonne frühstücken, vor der Eingangstür gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit zu sitzen und die Abendsonne zu genießen (Mückenschutz mitbringen). Eine "Arbeitsecke" auf dem Balkon könnte verdeckt werden, das störte ein wenig den Gesamteindruck. Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert, wer gerne Musik hört, sollte sich ein entsprechendes Gerät oder den Laptop mitbringen, da es kein Radio oder CD-Player gibt. In einiger Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen öffentlichen Strandabschnitt, ansonsten muss man wie üblich die sehr gut ausgestatteten Strandliegen und Schirme mieten, was z.T. sehr teuer ist. Der Ort selber ist recht ruhig, es gibt einige wenige Möglichkeiten zu essen, ansonsten sollte man sich ins Auto setzen und die umliegenden Orte besuchen.

Dear Marlies thanks for staying at our apartment. Our main goal is to make our guests at home abroad in the real Tuscany taste. In fact every year we do new improvement. This year we set wifi and we have painted with bright colors the wall. Also, as in this case, we accept arrival any day of the week. Any suggestions to do better is appreciated as our goal is always a five star accommodation !!!
