Erholsamer Herbsturlaub am Strand.

Tolle, einfach, aber völlig ausreichend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Super mit der Garage dabei. Die wohnung ist etwas ringhörig. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Backofen. Die Ferienanlage war jetzt im Herbst wunderbar ruhig. Dafür war die eine Poolanlage bereits geschlossen, was unsere Kinder schade fanden. Auch die Läden und Restaurants, etc in der näheren Umgebung, hatten grösstenteils geschlossen. Die Nähe zum schönen Strand ist natürlich genial.

Wundervoller Familienurlaub in Südfrankreich

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz mit den drei Schlafzimmern und der Garage. Alles ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit super Ausstattung (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Induktionskochfeld, 2 Kühlschänke, Klimaanlage und mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Einziges Manko: Nur zwei Fahrräder waren verfügbar. Der Empfang vor Ort hat problemlos geklappt. Liebe Grüße an Marylène! Das Haus hat eine super Lage innerhalb der Ferienanlage mit sehr kurzem Weg zur kleineren Poolanlage und auch zum Strand kommt man relativ schnell. Die Umgebung lädt außerdem zu Ausflügen mit dem Fahrrad ein (flach und sehr gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz) Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir im nächsten Jahr gerne wiederkommen möchten.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Mit grosser Garage, wo man seine Badeutensilien unterbringen kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und es ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Dies war nun das 2. Mal, das wir diese Wohnung gebucht hatten (bei insgesant 7 Aufenthalten in dieser Ferienanlage) und wir werden diese Wohnung in 1 oder 2 Jahren bestimmt wieder buchen. Portiragnes-Plage gefällt uns sehr gut. Es gibt viele Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und auch das Flair des Ortes und der Gegend ist bezaubernd. Portiragnes-Plage ist so etwas wie eine Urlaubsheimat für uns geworden!

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und ausreichend großes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in angenehmer Ferienanlage. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5-10Minuten ( je nach persönlichem Tempo), die kleinere Poolanlage mit sehr nettem Kinderbecken ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Einziges Manko: Das Wasser im Kinderbecken war das kälteste in den drei Pools, das Sportbecken war beheizt. Der Sinn dieser Aufteilung hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Etwas weiter entfernt, aber auch noch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist eine weitere Poolanlage mit Rutschen und Whirlpool, gut für die größeren Kinder. Geschäfte für den kleinen Einkauf, Restaurants und Bäcker sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Übergabe vor Ort hat perfekt geklappt, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet :-) Ein Kinderbett wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist nicht vorhanden, kann aber in der Anlage ausgeliehen werden. Auch waren nur drei Fahrräder (ohne Kindersitz) zur freien Verfügung (statt der sechs auf dem Foto). In der Nähe lassen sich aber gut Räder leihen für eine schöne Tour am Canal du Midi. Insgesamt ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und für den perfekten Familienurlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es liegt in der Nähe des Nebeneingangs in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodaß man den Strand relativ schnell erreichen konnte. Wir waren dieses Jahr das 5. Mal in dieser Ferienanlage und haben somit Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Fantastic family holiday

The house was brilliantly equipped and, in our view, situated in the best part of the complex. It was also really easy to access on arrival via the owners’ concierge. The neighbours were also super friendly. We travelled with two children under 5, who loved the on-site swimming pools and the safe, life-guarded beaches were close enough for us to walk there with them. We also took full advantage of the bikes in the house and hired a trailer for the children to cycle part of the Canal du Midi. We had a really great time, thank-you!

Sehr angenehmes Haus in schöner Anlage

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist für französische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Gute Austattung, zum Beispiel 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine (für Filterkaffee), Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine in der Garage. Großer Tische im Wohn/Essbereich und auf der Terasse mit Morgensonne. Mittleweile auch ein Flachbildschirm mit französischen Programmen und aktuellen Anschlüssen. Fahrbarer Holzkohlegrill. Zugang zum Obergeschoß über steile Treppe. Normal aber kein Problem. Große Personen hätten gerne etwas längere Betten; diese sind 1,90 Meter. Lage in der Anlage gut mit fast keinen Autos und zu Fuß in 3 Minuten beim Bäcker, Metzger und Fischgeschäft sowie Kiosk. Zum Meer 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kontakt bei der Buchung sehr gut. Zur Schlüsselübergabe sollte man schon etwas französisch sprechen, da diese mit Service vor Ort abgewickelt wird. In der Vorsaison sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und auch in der Hochsaison gut ein viertel günstiger als bei Buchung vergleichbarer Häuser über Reiseveranstalter in Deutschland. Zudem bekommt kein Haus an der Ein/Ausfahrt. Anlage auch gut Kindergeeignet und in diesem Teil der Anlage auch in der Vorsaison (Pfingstferien) viele Kinder zum Treffen und Spielen etc. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, z.B. Beziers, Gruissan, Montpellier, Carcassonne etc.. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenwert.
