Beautiful holidays

Lovely house with a nice small garden, pleasant terrace, enough privacy, very close to the sea. Beatiful beach. Smooth communication with an owner. Overall a very pleasant place.

Schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Meer

Sehr schöne Anlage mit eigenem Garten und Zugang zum Strand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen hier.

Landestypische Einrichtung.

Wir fanden es schade, dass uns das Terassenzimmer im ersten Stock nicht zur Verfügung stand. Es war als "privato" verschlossen Wir hätten von dort gerne die Aussicht aufs Meer genossen. Denn es war u.a. ein Entscheidungsgrund für diese Unterkunft. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig. Es waren z.B. nicht genügend Teller für 6 Personen vorhanden, so dass man sich zum Frühstück mit Suppentellern behelfen musste. Ausserdem fehlt eine Kaffeekanne o.ä, auf die man den Kaffeefilter abstellen kann. Die 2 sehr kleinen italienischen Espressokocher reichen bei weitem für 5 Kaffeetrinker nicht aus. Sehr umständlich ist das Leihen von Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Dieses muss bei einer Wäscherei selbst abgeholt und auch wieder abgegeben werden. Das haben wir trotz vorheriger Anfrage erst vor Ort erfahren. Der nette Hausmeister und seine nette Frau, von denen wir die Schlüssel und diverse Informationen erhielten, sprachen nur italienisch, so dass die Verständigung ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse sehr aufwendig mit einer Übersetzung durchs Handy stattgefunden hat. Die Endreinigung muss an den Hausmeister in bar erfolgen, was uns nicht bewusst war. Der voran gegangene Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist in englisch erfolgt. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Auch mit diesen kleinen Unvollkommenheiten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle wieder mieten.

Wonderful house close to the sea

This house is in an ideal location 50 feet from the most popular beach in the area. Very convenient to go back and forth to the beach if you have kids. The house is in the second row of houses from the beach, so there is no view of the water from the house. The house is in very good shape, everything worked fine. You have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with two single beds pushed together. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor wth a shower. There are steep winding metal stairs to get to the first floor, be aware for the very young and old. First floor has one open bedroom wth two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Note the air conditioning unit is on the ground floor, so the first floor/upstairs gets warm, you need to leave the windows open, it is ok for someone who is not used to air conditioning. There are additional fees, linen is not included, you can rent for 10 euro per bed per week. There is also a 60 euro cleaning fee. Also there is very little cell signal in the house and NO WiFi at all so plan accordingly. There is one reserved parking spot for this house in a fenced in parking lot, close to the house. There is also a charcoal grill you can use and a clothes washing machine. No dishwasher or oven.

Sehr hübsche Location nahe am Strand

Die Villa ist zauberhaft und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Parkplätze sind direkt neben dem Grundstück. Der traumhafte Sandstrand ist zu Fuß über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 1 Gehminute zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar gewesen und der Hausmeister (?) Marco spricht zwar nur italienisch und französisch, aber mit Händen, Füßen und einem Übersetzungsprogramm ist er immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was brauchten. Wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 6 Personen) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Casa molto accogliente, sita in un contesto molto tranquillo. Possiede una veranda per cenare all'aperto. La due cose più belle sono alzarsi alla mattina e vedere il mare dal piano superiore e raggiungere la spiaggia tramite l'accesso privato in 2 minuti a piedi!!
