Nestled in the heart of a private village, it offers an exclusive experience with its large swimming pool, Mediterranean garden, and sea views. Perfect for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends, the villa features three comfortable bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two modern bathrooms. Just a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in the south, it's the perfect place for relaxation and serenity.
The villa is located near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, and Cala Marina.
It offers three double bedrooms, a living room, a dining area on the covered terrace, and a small solarium. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is a panoramic terrace. Each bedroom has air conditioning and fans, depending on your preference.

There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, an outdoor shower, an EV charging station, and indoor parking for two cars. A baby cot is available upon request for a more comfortable and relaxing stay.
Guests have unlimited access to the house, private pool, and garden.
Beach towels are not provided.
Upon arrival at the villa, you will be warmly welcomed by Alessia, your dedicated host. She will ensure a smooth start to your stay by handing over the keys and providing you with essential information about the property and local attractions. Should you have any questions or needs during your stay, you can count on her attentive assistance.
Check-in is not possible between 10:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

IMPORTANT:

- No parties or gatherings are allowed.

- No barbecues or open fires are permitted.

- Please refrain from making noise that could disturb the neighbors, especially during siesta time and at night.

- Please sort your waste into the provided bins and dispose of it in the designated area at the entrance to the village. - No check-in between 10 PM and 4 PM.

- For the swimming pool: no diving, children must be supervised, and please respect the signage. Do not approach the technical facilities.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that, unless otherwise agreed upon directly with Airbnb by the Town Hall, the price does not include the tourist tax, which you will be required to pay upon arrival. This tax will be paid to the Municipality on your behalf by us.
