Une location très agréable

Nous avons loué la maison au mois de décembre avec un couple d’amis et leurs enfants. L’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires fût très agréable. La maison est idéalement située et spacieuse, la véranda a permis aux enfants de jouer aux jeux de société tranquillement. La grande pièce à vivre peut accueillir aisément deux familles, nous avons profité de bon repas dans une pièce bien chauffée malgré l’hiver grâce au poêle. Le plus , le prêt de vélos pour les petits et les grands ce qui nous a permis de faire des promenades sur toute l’île grande facilement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir passer des vacances dans cette location.

An excellent location for kayaking.

We had a warm welcome from Madame Boucher, who was very friendly. A lovely property and very convenient for our group of cyclists and kayakers. We enjoyed kayaking in the bay and then walking the same route at low spring tide.

On était 2 familles avec des grands enfants, 10 personnes pendant une partie du séjour. Il y a assez de la place, de la vaisselle etc. Une belle maison bien équipée tout prés de la plage.Effectivement, il y a de la sonorité mais ça nous n'a pas gêné. Pas du bruit à l’extérieure. Propriétaires sont gentilles. La météo semble meilleure par rapport au continent. L'eau de baie est bien plus chaude que dehors.

Très agréable séjour.

La maison de M et Mme Boucher est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien située sur l'Ile Grande, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer, bien orientée, spacieuse, bien équipée, chacun y trouve sa place. Très beau et vaste terrain bien entretenu tout autour de la maison, grand sous-sol où on peut préparer les produits de sa pêche... M et Mme Boucher, soucieux du confort et du bien-être de ses locataires, mettent tout en œuvre pour les satisfaire. Nous gardons de notre séjour un excellent souvenir.

Spacious & beautifully located house

We (2 adults, 2 children aged 9 and 6) spent a couple of weeks at the house in August and had a fantastic time. The location of the house is perfect,- away from the roads, next to the coastal path that runs through the dunes and very close to two beautiful beaches,- this was our main reason for choosing to come here. We didn't need 10 beds but enjoyed having lots of space,- our friends stayed at the nearby campsite and it was great to be able to have them round for dinner a few times. We made good use of the wood burner & DVD player on a few rainy days. The terrace has sun all day,- enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine was blissful and we ate most of our meals outside. The garden isn't enclosed but so far from any traffic that we could let the children and our little dog run free without any trouble. Washing machine & dryer located in the cellar were very useful too! There are lots of things to do and see in the immediate area, we didn't travel further than half an hour by car in the two weeks and saw plenty of things we enjoyed. The Base Nautique 5 minutes up the coastal path rents out kayaks (and all sorts of other boats), there are swimming pools in Lannion & Tregastel, plenty of pink rocks to climb in Tregastel & Ploumanach, climbing at Vivons Perches, the Planetarium at Pleumeur Bodou (they have English & German shows on certain days during the week), musee de telecommunication and - our favourite - the Gallic Village at the Parc du Radome. We also had several lovely meals at the Creperie Le bout dl'ile, a few minutes by bike at the other end of the island. We'd love to come back another time and would happily recommend the house to other families. PS: There was an issue with the electricity in the kitchen during the time of our stay,- everything metallic gave us a slight tingle. We only mentioned it at the end of our stay and were assured by the lovely owner that this would be sorted out in due course.

La maison est très bien située, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. Elle est très agréable et bien prévue pour une famille avec enfants. Le jardin est spacieux , fleuri et permet de jouer en toute sécurité. L'équipement est complet. Et la propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, qui correspondait bien au descriptif de l'annonce et que nous avons trouvée sans difficulté. Maison et jardin sont agréables, dans un environnement très calme ; petits et grands ont particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris tous les repas, le portique au fond du jardin, ainsi que les jeux de société et la documentation sur la région. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très bon, les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée et nous avions à disposition tout ce qui était nécessaire. La propriété est située tout près de la plage et les enfants ont pu aller au centre nautique d'Ile Grande à pied par le chemin côtier. Deux petits bémols : la maison est très sonore, les bruits s'entendent d'une pièce à l'autre et d'un étage à l'autre, il a donc été bien commode de pouvoir mettre un enfant par chambre (nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants) ; d'autre part certaines chambres manquent un peu de rayonnages de rangement ou les armoires sentant le renfermé sont peu utilisables. Nous recommandons volontiers cette location et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Excellente location au bord de la mer

Maison très agréable et spacieuse pour les grandes familles. Très bien équipée, literie en parfaite état, même des vélos pour circuler sur l'île, un très beau jardin. Environnement calme au fond d'une impasse, à deux pas de la plage, de l'école de voile et du chemin côtier. C'est idéal. Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et très arrangeants.

Excellente location

Maison spacieuse, parfaite pour les grandes familles. Très bien équipée, y compris une billig (pour s'amuser à faire d'authentiques crèpes bretonnes) et des vélos, pour circuler dans l'îlemême et dans l'environnement proche: Ploumanach, Trégastel, Trébeurden. Environnement particulièrement calme au fond d'une impasse, avec un très beau jardin agréable, sans parler de la terrasse très conviviale. L'Ecole de Voile est à deux pas par le chemin cotier. Plages et criques également toutes proches de la maison. De plus , en cas de grisaille, il y a des endroits passionnants à visiter tels le Planétarium et la Cité de la Science à Pleumeur, ou à savourer comme le Forum de Trégastel. Enfin, sur l' Ile même, dont on ne se lasse pas de parcourir les sentiers, le Centre Ornithologique ne décevra personne. L.et JN

Séjour très agréable

Cela fait 2 fois que nous revenons, et nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et surtout idéalement située, au bout d'une impasse. Elle conviendra à toute personne qui désire séjourner dans un environnement calme et reposant .A quelques mètres de la maison, vous tomberez sur le chemin des douaniers, un sentier côtier qui vous permettra de faire le tour de l'ile et d'admirer ses paysages typiques, rochers roses et mer d'émeraude, paradisiaque! Pour ne rien gâcher, la propriétaire est charmante et prête à tout pour vous rendre service. A conseiller sans modération!
