Bonne situation géographique

Belle petite copropriété avec des résidents sympathiques. Avons apprécié : la place de parking dans la copropriété, le centre ville a 12mn à pieds, équipements de l’appartement complets, box wifi, situation géographique. Avons moins apprécié : l’avenue avec beaucoup de circulation, terrasse bruyante. Décollage et atterrissage d’avions au dessus de la résidence mais normal pour le centre ville.

Nous avons apprécié la grande pièce à vivre avec le grand balcon ainsi que la place de parking dans la résidence. L'appartement est orienté plein sud. La rue est un peu passante mais c'est calme le soir. Petits commerces å 5mn à pieds et centre ville à 15mn.

Appartement bien situé et avec une place de parking attitrée, ce qui est un gros plus. On peut tout faire à pied. Logement très propre et très confortable, entièrement équipé à tous les niveaux. On a beaucoup apprécié d’avoir une plancha électrique pour cuisiner. A recommander vivement.

L’appartement est très bien équipé très lumineux et la résidence très calme. La navette bien pratique. Seul bémol le passage incessant de voitures. Bon nous nous en sommes accommodés malgré tout.
