Ein Juwel inmitten traumhafter Landschaft

Annalisas Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die es angenehm ruhig, komfortabel und außergewöhnlich mögen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt; der Pool und das Drumherum waren ebenso wunderbar. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit in Deinem Haus, Annalisa!

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de charme: rénovée avec goût, elle allie confort et cachet de l'ancien. La terrasse est très agréable avec son jacusi qui permet de se rafraichir au retour d'excursion.Situation idéale pour visiter la Sicile baroque (Ragusa, Noto, Modica..), Syracuse , les réserves naturelles (Pantalica, Vindicari) et la mer n'est jamais loin. Documentation très complète fournie par les propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous recommandons vivement cette maison où nous espérons avoir l'occasion de séjourner à nouveau!

A special place

Balata, a bunch of silent, spotless country houses, provides you with a quiet peaceful environment. From the charming terrace, where olive trees seem to touch the house, the Etna volcan can been seen in the distance. Enza and Annalisa were generous,hearty host, always ready to answer any question and to meet all possible need. I enjoyed my staying very much and hope to be able to come back to such a special place where time has a different motion. Fernanda

Una vacanza piacevole in ...

Una vacanza piacevole in un posto magico a una decina di chilometri da Ragusa Ibla e con un’accoglienza calorosa . Le due case, confinanti all’interno di un baglio antico e silenzioso, sono comode e spaziose, piacevolmente arredate e ben attrezzate: bellissima la stufa in ghisa che a fine Maggio ci ha confortato in una sera insolitamente fresca. All’esterno il terrazzo spazioso permette di mangiare all’ombra di un vecchio ulivo oppure di prendere il sole oppure semplicemente di contemplare l’infinito della campagna con il susseguirsi dei poderi segnati dai caratteristici muretti a secco. Dalla casa abbiamo potuto raggiungere facilmente decine di mete di interesse paesaggistico o artistico: le indicazioni e i suggerimenti di Enza e Annalisa sono stati preziosi come pure la ricca e approfondita documentazione turistica che ci hanno messo a disposizione. Percorrendo poche decine di chilometri abbiamo potuto gustare, fra gli altri, luoghi come le cave di Ispica, le cittadine Modica e Scicli con le loro bellezze barocche, le rovine greche e i palazzi Liberty di Palazzolo Acreide , la spiaggia di sabbia finissima di Pozzallo, i pantani Longarini con la loro interessante fauna . Decisamente preziose anche le indicazioni di ristoranti e di particolarità gastronomiche da gustare in zona (e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo !) Raccomandiamo senz’altro questa casa e raccomandiamo anche il periodo (fine Maggio) che permette contemporaneamente di vagabondare fra mete artistiche, di gustare il mare e il sole e soprattutto di godere della bellezza della campagna circostante che in questo ultimo scorcio di primavera presenta un magnifico aspetto vellutato in tutta la gamma dei gialli: dal giallo-verde del grano ancora immaturo al giallo biondo dei covoni di fieno già raccolto. Da tornarci.

"A very comfortable and e...

"A very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The property was had charm and a good aspect. It is situated in a rural location and is quiet and peaceful. It was well furnished and the owners were very welcoming and keen to ensure our needs were met. We were very grateful for advice on the best places to eat and places to visit. We made use of the large selection of literature on local interests that were available in the house. We very much appreciated the the communication with the owners before the holiday ensuring we had directions and even though we arrived late in the day they provided a warm welcome. The property is about 15 minutes by car from Ragusa Ibla where there is a very good selection of restaurants and places to eat. Highly recommended."

"Estamos encantados con la casa que alquilamos en Ballata de Módica. Se trata de una casa muy funcional, extremadamente cómoda. El entorno es un lujo para quien vive en la ciudad como nosotros. Annalisa y su Hermana Enza son encantadoras. Les agradecemos desde aquí su mermelada de cerezas. Exquisita! Para terminar, todos extrañamos a Boris y a los gatitas."

"accueil chaleureux, maison authentique, cadre et paysage trés agréables. Un peu à l''écart mais c''était notre choix ! terrasse trés agréable le soir, vue splendide. la climatisation a été utile du fait de la canicule .Beaucoup d''espace.nous sommes ravis de cette location."
