Lovely holiday villa in Villasimius, located in Campulongu (lotting "Il Ginepro"), just 400 meters far from the beautiful beach of Campulongu, reachable by foot along the internal road through a pine trees foresta that gets directly to the sea. Decorated with care, is located in a quiet area equipped with every comfort, from the Diving Center at Tanka Village Golf and Riding Club. Discount is provided depending on the length of stay.

Che dire, siamo rimasti completamente stregati dalla bellezza di questa villetta a Campulongu, in Sardegna! Il mio primo pensiero non può che andare a Roberto l'host che con la sua ospitalità e disponibilità ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza incantevole. La villetta è un vero gioiello su un livello, con un design così curato e dettagli che la rendono super confortevole.La cucina è ben attrezzata. La villetta ha un cortiletto con un giardino ben curato, le foto rendono benissimo il colpo d'occhio. Un'esperienza incredibile, un mix di eleganza, comfort e una posizione strategica a pochi metri dall'incantevole spiaggia di Compulongu. Consigliamo questa villetta a chi cerca un posto indimenticabile per la propria vacanza.Spero ci possa ritrovare, quindi arrivederci!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Villasimius / Campulongu

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Urlaubszeit in der Ferienwohnung am Strand von Campulongu. Top Lage mit ca. 400 m fußläufige Entfernung zum Strand Campulongu. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön geschnitten und hat alles was man braucht incl. Parkplatz für das Auto und einen schönen Garten mit Rasen. Die Außendusche haben wir genossen. Auf der Terrasse haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Von der Ferienwohnung nach Villasimius sind es ca. 4 km. Viele andere super Strände in der Umgebung (ich meine wirklich super !) sind mit ein paar Autominuten schnell erreicht. Ganz besonders möchten wir Roberto Cardia hervorheben. Er ist ein sehr herzlicher und verständnisvoller Mensch und ein famoser Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles, Roberto !

Skønt sted og hus

Super dejligt feriehus i rolige Campulongu.. Kun en lille gåtur til den skønne Campulongu Strand og flere andre smukke strande inden for gåafstand. Huset er meget rent og vel udstyret.. Vi nød specielt den overdækkede terrasse..den gode åbne grill samt ude bruseren og det ekstra lille hus med toilet og vaskemaskine. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi ville til hver en tid vende tilbage igen:-)

Bella villa, attrezzata con tutto l'essenziale per una comoda e rilassante vacanza. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissima a famiglie e giovani coppie, con possibilità di accesso alle tantissime, meravigliose spiagge di Villasimius (la più vicina, Campulongu, a soli 300-400 metri da casa). Sicuramente una location da consigliare a tutti gli intenditori di una vacanza al mare con la "M" maiuscola!!

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Auto oder Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert, doch auch zu Fuß ist der Ort und die Strände gut zu erreichen.

Molto accogliente e rilassante

L'abitazione è molto curata e pulita, organizzata nei minimi dettagli (forno microonde, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, doccia esterna calda e schermata, giardino e grandi alberi sul retro, barbecue), molto accogliente e rilassante, la zona è perfetta, tranquilla, si raggiunge il mare a piedi in 10 minuti e, in 5 minuti di macchina, si raggiunge Villasimius. Insomma siamo stati molto bene, è una villa adatta sino a 4 adulti e almeno due bimbi. Il proprietario gentile e riservato, ha espresso disponibilità, ma non è servito contattarlo prima del check out perché era davvero tutto perfetto. Grazie. Spero non mancheranno altre occasioni per tornare!

Soggiorno piacevole posto molto bello

La casa è molto bella e ben tenuta, offre molto di più di quanto indicato nel sito. A piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Campolongu che è già molto bella, con pochi minuti d'auto si raggiunge il centro del paese,il porto e la spiaggia di Porto Giunco. È perfetta per le famiglie ma non solo.

Il soggiorno é stato molto piacevole. La casa é spaziosa e rispecchia la descrizione, dotata di tutti gli accessori possibili. Abbiamo apprezzato gli ampi spazi esterni ombreggiati. Ottima la doccia calda in giardino. Roberto é stato un host cordiale e disponibile ad ogni necessità. Spiaggia di Campulongu raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Caldamente consigliata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa stupenda villetta i primi dieci giorni di settembre, che dire meglio di così non si poteva trovare: ottima accoglienza, vicinissima al mare e a pochi minuti dal centro di Villasimius, situata in una posizione strategica, inoltre in questa casa non mancava proprio nulla. Ottima permanenza in una villetta davvero ben tenuta.

La permanenza nella villetta è stata molto piacevole. La casa ci è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita ed è dotata di elettrodomestici nuovi ed efficienti cosa che in vacanza può essere importante, specie quando si viaggia con bambini piccoli. Noi eravamo in tre, 2 adulti ed un bambino, ed avevamo molto spazio a disposizione. Il giardino è molto ben tenuto e tutto è in perfetto stato di manutenzione. Considerandoo che, a parte il bagno in casa, c'è una toilette in lavanderia con lavabo ed una doccia calda esterna, ci si sarebbe stati comodamente anche in 5-6. Il proprietario, Roberto Cardia, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste e questo ha reso la vacanza semplice e rilassante. Cosa da non trascurare, la casa è vicinissima alla bella spiaggia di Campolungu: ci si mettono 10 minuti a piedi a raggiungerla. Dovessimo tornare a Villasimius sicuramente la riprenderemmo.

Ottima sistemazione

Abbiamo affittato questa graziosa villetta nella seconda e terza settimana di settembre. La sistemazione e' stata ideale per la nostra famiglia! I nostri due bimbi (1 e 5 anni) hanno avuto sufficiente spazio per muoversi e giocare sia all'interno che all'esterno. Sia casa che giardino sono molto curati ed abbiamo trovato tutto quanto ci fosse necessario per un soggiorno piu' che confortevole. Ottima la presenza (indispensabile!!) di zanzariere a tutti gli infissi. Bellissimo anche avere la possibilita' di doccia nonche' di ulteriore toilette all'esterno. La presenza di qualche canale televisivo in piu' nonche' di connessione internet sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta, ma non tolgo punti per questo motivo perche' tutto sommato un po' di "disintossicazione" non ci ha fatto male :-) La spiaggia di Campulongu e' davvero a pochi passi e l'acqua scende gradualmente, ideale per chi come noi ha bambini piccolini. Il paese si raggiunge a piedi in una mezzoretta o in auto in una manciata di minuti (per chi ha bimbi, ottimo parcheggiare al parco comunale Bussi, nel quale si trova un parco giochi per bimbi molto bene attrezzato). Infine per concludere il signor Roberto e la Signora Aurelia Cardia sono stati gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione, quindi a loro anche un grazie ed un arrivederci speriamo a presto!

excellent for a family with kids

The house is independent yet in a semi-closed village near the sea. It has its own parking place and everything you need inside. We liked the outside shower and bbq as well as the table to eat outside. The house is well equipped and well maintained (including the garden). I truly recommend this place. If I had to advise something to the owners it would be to have more beach stuff (a mat, maybe toys for children). And wifi, maybe nowadays more important than a cable tv that was there. Although the house is near the beach there is no food store within a short walking distance so a car is needed to do grocery. Both the Villasimius and the port (small shop and restaurants) are 30 minutes walking. With regards to the communication with the owners everything was superb.
