Fantastic apartment 10 minute walk

Great location. 10 minute walk from station. Aldi supermarket 5 minutes walk with cheap local prices. Lovely terrace to enjoy a glass of 🍷. Deborah and Davide were very friendly hosts and advised lots of information about trips and restaurants. Lovely relaxed area with not too many tourists. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent accueil de Deborah & Davide. Bel appartement d'une propreté exemplaire. Situé à l'écart du centre pas très loin de la gare. le centre facilement accessible à pied, nous l'avons fait tous les jours. Le seul bmol c'est la terrasse belle, mais quand l'utiliser? la circulation automobile est intense sur cet axe!

Gastfreundlich, gemütlich und praktisch :)

Die Lage war wunderbar zentral, 10min Gehweg zum Bahnhof, 12 min Gehweg zum Zentrum. Hinter dem Haus ein doppelt versperrter Parkplatz. Alles wohldurchdacht, die Betten mit 1A- Matratzen, Bad mit kleiner Dusche, super-komplette Küche - mit Grundausstattung von Gewürzen etc. Selbst Bügeleisen und Föhn waren vorhanden! Die Schränke geräumig, die Terrasse genial. Leider keine Waschmaschine, aber in der Via Aristotile Fioravanti 84 gibt es eine tip-top saubere Münzwäscherei. Besonders morgens war es dort auch recht leer. Bologna ist eine wunderbare Stadt, wir sind ganz verliebt in sie. Haben unendlich viel gesehen, was es eben nur (!) dort gibt,,, und ganz sicher noch lange nicht alles. Toll waren die super Bahnverbindungen - Florenz ums Eck, Mailand nicht viel weiter (bei Geschwindigkeiten von 160-300km/h). Da verzichtet man gern mal aufs Auto :) Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung, Bologna (und dieses Appartment) als Dreh- und-Angelpunkt für unseren Familienurlaub zu wählen.

Nice and well-situated appartment near the old city

We spent 5 days in Davide's nice appartment situated a 20 min. walk from the old city -or you can catch a bus nearby. The apartment is modern with all amenities but a few more drinking glasses would not do any harm. It has a nice terrace which, however, was too hot for us to use during our stay. Please note that the table and chairs have currently no cover. At least two supermarkets (EuroSpar and PAM) are available nearby and also a number of other shops. If you come by car, there is a parking space in the yard behind two sets of automatic fences. All in all a recommendable place to stay for visits to the old city or trips to other places or cities. And not to forget Davide's welcome and introduction to the appartment and the area.

Hartelijke ontvangst door Davide en Deborah. Heel erg schoon! En erg fijn dat we op onze laatste dag nog tot 18.00 uur gebruik mochten maken van het appartement, omdat er die dag nog geen nieuwe gasten kwamen. Appartement ligt ook vlakbij verschillende bushaltes, dus erg handig. Verkeerslawaai was even wennen. Zelf wonen we in een heel verkeersluwe omgeving.

Ottima accoglienza, appartamento pulito, molto carino e vicino alla zona fiera che era la caratteristica principale da noi ricercata. Il proprietario ci ha messo tutto a disposizione, dal posto auto allo zucchero. Mi permetto giusto un consiglio: non è essenziale, ma se ci fosse un fornetto a microonde sarebbe più semplice e rapido riscaldare le vivande.

Grazioso appartamento

Il signore Davide è stato un ospite molto amichevole e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato con tutte le cose necessarie per sistemazione famigliare. Si trova 15 minuti, a piedi, dal centro. Nel cortile c'è un parcheggio gratuito e sicuro. Raccomandare :-)

A perfect place to stay

We felt at home in this appartment. The bedrooms are specious, the beds of good quality. All windows have blinds so you can really sleep well in a dark room. We were even lucky we good use the rooftop terrace (beginning of november !), which is really nice and sunny. We came without car which is no problem at all. At walking distance you will find supermarkets and restaurants. For the city centre you need roughly 15 minutes. One suggestion of improvement: a few more plates and glasses in the kitchen.

Schoon en prettig appartement in Bologna

Wij hebben een week in dit appartement doorgebracht in de zomervakantie. De huiseigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Je bent lopend binnen 20 minuten in het centrum, of anders kan je met de stadsbus naar het centrum. Heel makkelijk als je van plan bent het mooie stadscentrum te bezoeken! Bologna is fantastisch, je kunt er van alles zien en ook lekker eten en drinken! Wij waren met z'n vieren, het nadeel was dat er geen woonkamer was, waardoor we alleen op het terras gezellig konden zitten. Maar omdat het zo warm was (40+!) , konden we niet buiten zitten. Dat vonden we wel een klein nadeel. Dus het appartement is (als je een langere periode gaat) met name geschikt voor 2 personen volgens ons. Daartegenover staat dat de airconditioning heerlijk was en het heel goed deed. Al met al kunnen we het appartement zeker aanbevelen!

It was perfect for us. Very clean with all the fascilities we needed.

The property is centrally located in Bologna with easy access to the city and central train station. The owners we're exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay and the air conidtioned bedrooms were excellent on a hot night. We had a wonderful stay and I would thoroughly recommend this property. Due to Bologna's location we could do day trips out to Verona, Florence, Venice and of course the Ferrari museums in Modena and Marrenello.

Live like a local

This is a simple but really comfortable apartment with shops, supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The trip into Bologna centre is a 20 minute walk or an easy bus ride on the frequent 11 or 27 services. However the real star of the apartment is the patio - just great! Davide and Deborah are also extremely helpful - which is specially good on arrival in a city that is new to you.
