At the heart of the Medoc, near the wine trail (Margaux, St. Julien, Listrac ...) 7 km from the beaches and 1 hour from Bordeaux, this beautiful family home was built in the style of the country in a fully enclosed garden of 3800 m2.For 8 10 people, she enjoys a fine furnishings and antiques. Large living room with fireplace, stereo, television and telephone, fully equipped kitchen, 4 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms and a shower room. Pets allowed by agreement of the owner. Week:700 to 1200 euros depending on season.
Bed linen can be provided on request: 15 euros for a 140 cm bed and 12 euros for a 90 cm bed.

Beautiful house in a large and quiet forest garden

Positive: The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing sufficient space for several people. All rooms are lovingly furnished so that you feel very cosy in this house. The kitchen is very well equipped so that we could cook easily. Furthermore, there is a barbecue place in the garden. The garden is large and full of trees so that you feel like in a forest. Likewise, you only hear the sound of the birds (including the rooster in the neighborhood) and the fresh smell in the morning is amazing. The pillows and mattresses are comfortable, and there are enough blankets. Wifi is available. The communication was easy and very friendly. Negative: We cleaned twice, when we arrived and when we left, because the house (except the bathrooms) was quite dirty. Likewise, I am not sure whether the blankets had been washed after the last usage. Unfortunately, the toilets do not have any sink within the same room. Furthermore, the fireplace in the living room was smelly, although not used. Finally, be careful with the advertisement. The versions on the French (Abritel) and German (Fewo) website differ. In the Fewo description, it is indicated that the bed linen is provided. In the Abritel description, there is the notification that it costs 15€ extra per linen. I hope that this will be adapted soon. In summary: I definitely recommend and with some further improvements (see above), it could become a small holiday paradise.

Ein rundum schöner Ferienaufenthalt. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und immer telefonisch erreichbar. Das Haus hatte alle beschriebenen Details. Innerhalb 15km Entfernung gab es sehr schöne Strandabschnitte. Bäckereien und Supermärkte waren gut erreichbar.

Große und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit freundlichen Verwaltern

Freundlicher Check-In. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Großer Garten. Das Ferienhaus ist etwas alt aber gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd etc.) Sehr ruhige Gegend, für uns genau richtig. Zum Strand muss man aber das Auto nehmen. Guter Preis. Wirkliche Weiterempfehlung!

Très beau parc arboré et vaste.

Grande maison avec ses 3 salles d'eau et bains et 3 toilettes. Un mobilier plutôt ancien pas forcément adapter en bord de mer. Un défaut, chambres RDC, équipées dont les matelas et sommiers seraient à remplacer. Cependant, nous y avons passé un bon séjour et nous la recommandons.
