Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Terasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die 2 Terrassen sind ausgesprochen schön. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten, um HĂ€ngematten aufzuhĂ€ngen. Die HaushaltsgerĂ€te sind groß und modern. Der Strand (z.B. von Santa Giulia) sind zu Fuß innerhalb von höchstens 15 min. gut erreichbar. Das Vordach (Sonnen und Regenschutz) ist unzureichend. Der Geruch im HĂ€uschen war am Anfang etwas muffig, Bad, WC schon etwas Ă€lter. Alles in allem aber ein empfehlenswerter Gastgeber und schöner Aufenthalt.

Ferienwohnung in einem Ressort

Der Kontakt erfolgte nur ĂŒber Internet. Keine persönliche Übergabe. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Die 2. Schlafgelegenheit befand sich oben auf einer Galerie, nur durch eine schmale , steile Treppe zu erreichen und nicht abgeschlossen sondern offen, so dass man von unten alles mitbekommen hat und umgekehrt von oben. Das 2. abschließbare Zimmer befand sich hinten. Es hatte leider keine eigene Klimaanlage, so dass es ziemlich stickig war zum Schlafen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist ziemlich eng. Die Toilette war die Besenkammer. FĂŒr behinderte Personen ist das Haus nicht unbedingt geeignet, da der Zugang zum Haus von der Straße aus ĂŒber eine steile Treppe nach oben erfolgt. Im Haus s.o. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. 15 Minuten. Da das Haus in einer Hanglage gebaut ist, geht es zum Strand steil nach unten und ebenso wieder hoch. Ohne Auto ist man hier verloren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man aufgrund der Entfernung nur mit dem Auto machen. Die Herdplatte, die Waschmaschine, der GeschirrspĂŒler und der KĂŒhl/Gefrierschrank waren neue und gute GerĂ€te. Die Ausstattung war ordentlich. Nur fĂŒr Teetrinker ungĂŒnstig. Keine Teekanne, keine Thermoskanne und nur 2

Un excellent séjour

La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e au cƓur d'un hameau tranquille Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de la plage Santa Giulia. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien ! La couverture de la pergola mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre reprise afin que nous puissions y dĂ©jeuner sans nous dĂ©placer pour fuir le soleil. La terrasse est idyllique et tout est extrĂȘmement fonctionnel.

Chouette séjour dans cette petite maison

La maison est agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©e. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Les toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es de la salle de bain est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable quand on est en famille. Nous avons profitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison. Les petits bĂ©mols Ă©taient : la propretĂ© un peu juste (beaucoup de toiles d'araignĂ©e), la douche dont le tuyau ne tenait pas et un manque de poĂȘle (une seule poĂȘle). Heureusement, il y avait une plancha Ă©lectrique, ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner malgrĂ© la poĂȘle unique. Je recommande cette propriĂ©tĂ© pour visiter le sud de la Corse.

Gute Lage, schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick, sauber. Schlafbereich unter dem Dach ( Kinder) etwas warm. Kurze Entfernung zum super tollen Strand. ZweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Einzig negativer Punkt fĂŒr uns das naheliegendes Restaurant mit Pool Carre Noir . Dies veranstaltete Konzerte und Karaoke (4x in 14 Tagen). Schwierig fĂŒr uns mit offenem Fenster nachts.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Stil und toller Terrasse

Zum Meer sind es 10 Min zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und optimal klimatisiert. Ein Doppelbett unten und drei Einzelbetten im 1. OG mit bequemer Matratze. Ein Highlight ist die Holzterrasse von der aus man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und die Bucht hat.

Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Matratzen waren gut. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön.Zwei Terrassen mit traumhaftem Ausblick, geschmackvollen, hochwertigen Holzmöbeln, Grill mit Beleuchtung, Außendusche, WĂ€scheleine. Den Weg zum Strand mussten wir erfragen. Dann benötigten wir zu Fuß 10 min. Auf dem Weg befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bistro, Souvenirladen. Der Pool in 5 min Entfernung darf leider nur genutzt werden, wenn man etwas trinkt oder isst. Aber der Strand ist so traumhaft schön mit feinstem Sand und glasklarem Wasser, umrahmt von BĂ€umen und StrĂ€uchern, dass man den Pool nicht benötigt. .

Super location Ă  10 mn Ă  pied de la splendide plage de Santa-Giulia, maisonnette non mitoyenne au cƓur d’un hameau au milieu de la colline, dissimulĂ©e dans la vĂ©gĂ©tation donc aucun vis Ă  vis. La terrasse pour manger et le solarium avec vue sur la baie sont un havre de dĂ©tente. L’équipement est fonctionnel et bien pensĂ© pour accueillir une famille. L’environnement est calme. Les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ© d’avoir leur coin Ă  eux dans la mezzanine et nous dans la chambre en bas. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine dĂ©but juillet avec 3 enfants et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d’ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  pied de la plage mĂȘme si nous en avons visitĂ© d’autres (Palombaggia, Tamaricciu, Sperone prĂšs de Bonifacio). Nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine dans cette charmante maison, oĂč l'on y trouve tout le confort souhaitĂ©. Elle idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  400 m de la merveilleuse plage de Santa Giulia et de ses restaurants. La terrasse a une trĂšs belle vue sur Santa Giulia et ses montagnes. Proche de Porto-Vecchio et Bonifacio et de la superbe plage de Palombaggia... Une chose est sĂ»re Ă  Santa Giulia, la piscine, c'est pas pour nous! ;o) Et pour nos prochaines vacances en Corse du Sud, on y retournera certainement.

Séjour agréable

Petite villa à 400m de la mer et la plage de Santa Giulia (en pente). Bien équipée. Idéale pour une famille de 4 ou 5 mais attention aux escaliers pour les petits enfants. Piscine à 20m avec consommation obligatoire. Nous avons préféré nous baignez à la plage de la Palombaggia car il y avait moins d'algue. Apparement cette année, ils ont décidé de ne pas enlever les algues à Santa Giulia.
