Luxury villa, very close to the sea, teak wood terrace of 250 m², Jacuzzi (available from middle of May), sunbath, outdoor living area for 9 persons, sun umbrellas, 4 bedrooms facing the sea, 4 bathrooms, equipped kitchen: professional cooker, 9m 3 cold storage, refrigerator, freezer, automatic ice distributor, dishwasher, air condition, washing machine, satellite TV...beach direct access at 50 m, sea direct access...

A deposit of 1 500€ will be required before the arrival. Electricity (more than 150€) has to be paid according to your consumption.

What a Great Place!

This was exactly as advertised! This property was so relaxing and right in the middle of the action. We visited St Tropez one day and much preferred this little town. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We can't wait to come back!

Maison super « dans » la mer!!

Nous avons passé 10 jours fantastique! La villa est super ,exactement comme on l’imaginait et comme est présente dans le site! Et la positionne « dans » la mer …c’est vraiment fantastique!!!🤩🤩la plage à côté est libre mais avec la possibilité de louer des padelboards et des pédalos donc si vous avez des adolescents c’est parfait! Il y a aussi des ristorant à la plage où déjeuner ou dîner Le plus c’est se réveiller avec le lever du soleil et se plonger directement dans la mer!Vêtement tous tous parfait!! Merci Julie!

Fabulous villa in great location on the waters edge. Easy walk into Sainte Maxine. Great beach restaurants few minutes walk away.

Superb!!

Just for the location this is a go to villa. I f you add the refurbishment which is done to a high standard, you have even more reasons to rent this villa. You can swim in front of the house, use the outside shower and relax on the wooden deck terrace. You can easily walk or cycle (we took oir bikes from home) to the centre of St Maxime. The host is super nice and responds quickly. We really had an excellent stay!

Une semaine extraordinaire

Juillet 2020. Nous venons de passer (en famille, 7 personnes) une semaine formidable. L'intérieur a été complètement refait (avec beaucoup de goût) cet hivers. Quelques ajustements techniques au début après ces travaux mais rien de bien grave. Quelques point forts à noter : barbecue (une évidence), la douche extérieure pour se rincer après la mer ... et avant le jacuzzi, le jacuzzi bien sûr, la chambre froide (très très utile quand on est un peu nombreux), la machine à glaçons (thés glacés, pastis, mojitos obligent ...). Mais surtout : la situation et la vue. Baignades depuis la terrasse avec un masque (vous pourrez voir dorades, poulpes et même des orphies) ou bien longer le petit mur sur 40 mètres et vous êtes à la plage. Une seule envie : rester à la Villa ! Un grand merci à Laurence pour l'accueil et Julie (propriétaire) pour nous avoir permis de profiter de ce lieu magique ! Ah oui : vous ne serez pas gênés par le bruit de la route, mais par le bruit des vagues, certainement :-)

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit riesiger Terrasse direkt am Meer. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und vollständig für bis zu 12 Personen. Alles funktioniert bestens, auch wenn teilweise etwas älter. Genial zum Wohlfühlen und Ausspannen. Ideal zum Schnorcheln und schwimmen.

Rivierans bästa läge

Rymligt hus med ett läge som är svårslaget. Dock stort minus att endast master bedroom har luftkonditionering. Det blev väldigt varmt i sovrummen för våra gäster. För att inte tala om i köket där man dessutom lagar mat på gaslåga. Härligt att ha direkt tillgång till strand och klippor. Bra tillgång på utemöbler och solsängar. Sammanfattningsvis ett hus som vi absolut kan rekommendera till det större sällskapet (vi var 7 och hade gott om utrymme).

Villa magnifique mais entretien requis

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances hors le petit hic est que la villa n'est pas correctement entretenu à certain endroit. La douche et la baignoire fuit dans la grande salle de bain, la baie vitré n'est pas étanche et ée mur du petit salon part en morceaux. Lors des intempéries les plombs ont sauté plusieurs fois et le petit radiateur est tombé. En tout cas, je la recommande fortement en saison car le mauvais temps est rare.

Traumlage direkt am Meer

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit sehr großer Terrasse (Holzboden), ausgestattet mit großem Esstisch, zahlreichen Liegestühlen und sehr gemütlichen Loungemöbeln. Von jedem Zimmer aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kühl(schrank)raum und eine Eiswürfelmaschine. Zum sauberen öffentlichen Sandstrand gelangt man von der Terrasse aus in wenigen Metern. Wir haben unserer Aufhalthalt im Mai 2018 (4 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) sehr genossen und können das Haus für Familien sehr empfehlen.

Unforgettable !!!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern im Oktober 2016 in der Villa Trinquette und sind immer noch begeistert von Lage und Austattung. In all den Jahren haben wir in keinem vergleichbarem Ferienhaus gewohnt. Der eigene Badeplatz im Meer, die Terrasse mit Blick auf Saint Tropez, der begehbare Kühlschrank, der Whirlpool. Ach !! Der Kontakt mit Besitzerin Madame David ist problemlos einfach und verbindlich. Hoffentlich,hoffentlich bald wieder, Famille Micha König

Nice place

We went last august and I have spent a very good moment in this place. The house and terrace are spacious, perfect for family and friends vacation. It was a pleasure to wake up with the sea view every morning and then the terrace is well equipped with a large garden lounge for aperitif with friends. I recommend this place.

Vacances entre amis formidable

La villa est très bien agencée, d'un excellent standing, elle est très bien équipée. Le reveil vue sur la baie est tout simplement magique. Quel bonheur de pouvoir se faire un spa, un petit verre à la main, à la tombée de la nuit. De plus la localisation est parfaite. Si vous avez des vélos, n'hésitez pas à les prendre.

Vavances de rêve assurées

Maison extrêmement agréable à vivre : très bien équipée pour les familles nombreuses ( vaisselle, chambre froide, ventilation, parking, immense terrasse avec des bains de soleil pour tout le monde...), proximité immédiate de la plage de sable pour les petits mais surtout les pieds dans l'eau donc une vue féérique du matin au soir sur tout le golf de st tropez, bref unique, je recommande vivement, aucune déception possible. De surcroît, acceuil très aimable et très serviable de votre contact sur place.

la chambre froide: le bonheur pour ne pas avoir les corvées course tous les jours! la machine à glaçons: le petit plus qu'on apprécie toute la journée une chambre avec sde privée une chambre isolée à un bout de la maison toutes les pièces donnent sur la terrasse au pied de la mer
