Klein aber fein. Es ist alles sauber gewesen und sehr ruhig. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen und wunderbar auf der Terrasse verweilen. Für abends fehlt es etwas an Gemütlichkeit da nur camping Stühle vorhanden sind und nur italienisches fernseh Programm. Wir fahren soweit mit allem zufrieden und würden da immer wieder Urlaub machen.

Logement très agréable avec vue sur mer en terrasse.. Nicolo et sa femme sont des personnes adorables et très agréables.. Petit granité 🍨 maison à l'arrivée bien apprécié et eau fraîche dans le frigo pour notre arrivée.. Quelques bons conseils pour le nécessaire (pain 🥖 beurre, œufs, viande 🥩... Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio 2020. Casa spaziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. . Dal balcone c'e' una vista spettacolare del mare. Pochi metri e si accede attraverso un sottopasso alla spiaggia libera che e' molto grande. Il Sig. Parrino e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi in tutto e sempre pronti per ogni bisogno e informazione. Da li si possono raggiungere altre mete turistiche come Castellamare del Golfo ( proprio a pochi km); Segesta, Scopello e San Vito lo Capo. Siamo stati benissimo.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement. Il est situé dans un endroit idéal pour visiter le nord et l'ouest de l'île. Randonnée à la réserve de zingaro, baignade dans le golfe, visite de Palerme, Erice, Monreale et Segeste à proximité. Il est aussi proche de l'aéroport de Palerme à l'ouest de la ville ce qui évite d'avoir à la traverser. La plage est toute proche et la terrasse du logement a une vue directe sur la mer. Il était aussi très appréciable de pouvoir garer sa voiture en toute sécurité. Quant à Nicola et Maria Pia, ils nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de gaieté et nous ont conseillés pour nos visites. Un grand merci à eux.

Petit logement simple pour 2 personnes. Une grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer qui est au loin. Attention le logement se trouve tout en haut de la maison. il faut monter pas mal de marches cela peut être difficile si vous avez de grosses valises. Propriétaires adorables et très serviables. Très bien situé. Calme. A 15 min en voiture de castelmare del golfo. Pas loin de capo san vito et de la magnifique reserve de Zingaro Une grande plage agreable pas loin mais il faut faire attention lorsqu'on traverse la grande route les voitures peuvent rouler très vite. Bref un bon rapport qualité prix

En månad i det här vackra landskapet, nära havet. Många mil på cykel.

Jättefint hus med bra läge. En ovanligt kall och regnig januarimånad med mycket hög luftfuktighet gjorde att det var kallt och rått i huset. För övrigt har allt varit mycket bra. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd, Nicola Parrino. Vi kan verkligen rekomendera detta boende. Alcamo Marina var lugnt och tyst eftersom vi var här en månad i januari utanför säsong. Gångavstånd till brödbutik och pizzeria. Cykelavstånd till supermarket. 8 km till härligt termalbad. // Helena & Hans Umeå, Sweden.

We stayed here in November 2015 for 3 weeks. It is a good time to visit, as the weather is good by British standards. Alcamo Marina is deserted by residents and visitors at this time of year, and it is very quiet. We self catered, and the apartment is well equipped for that. We always judge a place by the following criteria. 1. Is the mattress big enough and of sufficient quality? Yes 2. Is there a large enough cooking pot to make a decent stew? Yes 3. Is the fridge and freezer of sufficient size? Yes 4. Would you want to hang around the apartment? Yes, there is a very nice private elevated balcony with good views. 5. Was everything OK with the owners. Yes, very helpful and attentive. I believe they live in the apartment below in summer, but were not there in November. They stay quite locally so were on hand to sort any difficulties. Very helpful in sorting bus timetables etc. Overall the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in, and we hope to return again. Siamo stati qui nel novembre 2015 per 3 settimane. E 'un buon momento per visitare, come il tempo è buono per gli standard britannici. Alcamo Marina è deserta da residenti e visitatori in questo periodo dell'anno, ed è molto tranquillo. Abbiamo self catering, e l'appartamento è ben attrezzato per questo. Giudichiamo sempre un posto con i seguenti criteri. 1. È il materasso abbastanza grande e di qualità sufficiente? sì 2. C'è una grande pentola di cottura abbastanza per fare uno stufato decente? sì 3. È il frigo e freezer di dimensioni sufficienti? sì 4. Vorresti appendere intorno l'appartamento? Sì, c'è un bel balcone elevata privato con bella vista. 5. Era tutto OK con i proprietari. Sì, molto disponibile e attento. Credo che vivono in un appartamento di seguito in estate, ma non erano lì a novembre. Restano molto localmente così sono stati a disposizione per risolvere eventuali difficoltà. Molto utile per gli orari degli autobus ecc ordinamento Nel complesso l'appartamento è uno dei migliori in cui siamo stati, e speriamo di tornare di nuovo.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Alcamo Marina chez Nicolo et son épouse. Nos hôtes ont été charmants en nous témoignant un très bon accueil, une disponibilité d'écoute, nous indiquant les lieux à visiter, répondant à nos questions, nous conseillant sur les itinéraires à suivre, les bonnes adresses de restaurants, gelateria et pasticceria !!... Le logement est parfait pour deux personnes, propre et en excellent état. Nous avons apprécié, dès le petit déjeuner, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme en cette période. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. J'ai trouvé la cafetière un peu petite... pour 2 personnes. Je conseillerai tout à fait ce logement à un ami ou un parent au vu de tous ces aspects. La situation géographique de cette location nous a permis de découvrir les environs : Alcamo, Castellammare Del Golfo, Scopello, Réserve du Zingaro, Segeste, Erice, Monreale.... Notre séjour a été excellent !!! ...

Siamo turisti provenienti da Bielorussia, riposo 2 settimane con bambini piccoli. È stato un soggiorno molto confortevole, i proprietari ospitali e amichevoli - Nicola e Maria Pia! La casa è molto accogliente e bello! Molto vicino al mare. Abbiamo appena innamorati di Sicilia grazie a queste persone e la loro buona volontà !!! Qui voglia di tornare ancora e ancora !!!

The accommodation is housed in a villa on the first floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed and sea views; a kitchen for the exclusive use of the guests, equipped with electric oven, electric hob and gas cooker, fridge with freezer, TV, washing machine, microwave oven; bathroom with shower and bidet; terrace for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella; drying rack and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Quiet and relaxing with a great view: in fact you can admire the panorama of the Gulf of Cast.mare and Terrasini over to see the swimmers of golden beach, which can be reached on foot in five minutes through an underpass. The parking lot for any car is inside the house. Access to the first floor through a comfortable staircase and passing through the garden. Nearby is the Zingaro, Scopello Faraglioni, the temple and amphitheater of Segesta, Erice mountain, bathing in thermal sulphurous waters. A hundred meters you will find restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, newsagents etc. Possible excursion boat in San Vito Lo Capo from Castellamare Gulf
