Perfect for real beach holidays but as well you may enjoy night life , excellent restaurants , cafeterias and little music-bars nearby.

Bright rooms and a big balcon, from where you may enjoy an excellent view to the sea. It's accomodated for 4 persons as ideal for a family with children.

This flat is lovely recommendated to stay in low season as well for being equipped very comfortable

heating, books, little entertainments, (backgammon etc)

All perfect , has been lovely with us . She gave us precious advices about life in Formentera, and places to visits . The apartment was nice and clear and benefit of a great position in Es Pujol . We will go there again soon ☺️

Location Location Location

Getting to Formentera was a breeze. I was concerned it may take a while but taxis were easy outside Ibiza airport, 15 mins to the Ferry which I pre booked with Trasmapi. 30 mins on the Ferry arrived at Formentera port. Taxis again easy and 10 mins to Es Pujols €13. On arrival I rang Elli (owner) very helpful and told her where we were waiting for her. She said 1 hour, it was more than 2. So we were a bit hot and tired when she finally showed up. She gave us the key with more info about the area but had to rush off so had to find out ourselves about the apartment. Firstly it’s up 2 flights of stairs and located above Cafe Miranda. Not easy with a fully loaded suitcase I can tell you. Excellent air con as you enter and immediately you see the view from the balcony. Very impressive right on the beach ( no sun beds) with lovely views. If you want the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, shops all on your doorstep then this is for you. We loved it. Restaurants as far as the eye can see spoilt for choice. Mostly upmarket and quite expensive and surprisingly lots of Italians and Italian restaurants. English was not the second language and it was fun trying to understand the waiters and what we wanted to order. Geared 100% to Italians. Flat screen TV which we didn’t use and internet access codes on the wall cabinet worked perfectly on all 4 phones. Impressive. Fridge quite large plenty of space and all amenities in the kitchen which is a bit narrow for two but perfectly acceptable. Bathroom has all the expected, shower ok but not very powerful. There is a top loader washing machine in the bathroom which again we had to find out how to use ourselves. Which we did in the end. Worked very well. Bedroom 1 and 2 are very simple with king size beds. Only one has air-con in it the other bedroom is close to an air con unit in the hallway. They both work well. Overall the apartment is a little tired and can do with some TLC but is in an excellent location and you don’t spend too much time in it and ok for 4 adults staying which is just about enough room for. We left 4 beach umbrellas and 4 lilo’s on the balcony for new visitors and we hope any new visitors enjoy them. Elli was very easy to contact (mobile and WhatsApp) and easy to deal with and made an excellent host. Definitely recommend this property.

Just please remember that check in is at 15h and I did the impossible , leaving other obligations, to be there at least at 13h, to make an earlier check in possible, of course hurried to be back to finish this obligations. Das Apartment bietet einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den Strand und die Strandpromenade von Es Pujols. Der gut bestückte Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von unserer Gastgeberin Elli empfangen, die uns noch wertvolle Tipps geben konnte. Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht und werden gerne noch einmal wieder kommen.

Tolles Appartement direkt am Strand, gute Ausstattung. Nette Gastgeberin :) Etwas laut in der Hochsaison, da direkt im Stadtkern an der Promenade, es wurden aber extra isolierte Fenster installiert.

L’appartamento è ubicato al centro di Es Pujols dove è possibile trovare qualunque tipo di servizio. È dotato di tutti i confort e la proprietaria Elli è sempre disponibile affinché il soggiorno sia perfetto. Vista dalla cucina mozzafiato sul mare cristallino e spiaggia praticamente sotto al balcone. Super consigliato sotto ogni aspetto … ci ritorneremo perché PERFETTO!!!! Ultimo aspetto…. Se avete bambini ancor più consigliato… tutto super comodo e FORMENTERA è alla portata anche dei più piccoli.

Wohnung mit Traumblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es Pujols war zu dieser Zeit (August, Ferien Italien) sehr voll. Das wussten wir aber schon vorher. Wenn der wunderschöne Balkon Geschichten erzählen könnte...immer wieder sehr interessant die Aussicht und das Treiben unter dem Balkon zu beobachten. EIn Buch oder ähnliches braucht es mit dieser Aussicht nicht. Die ganze Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und die Klimaanlage in dieser Hitze hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der perfekt Urlaub.

Splendido appartamento vista meravigliosa

L'appartamento è nel cuore di Es Pujols con terrazzo con vista sulla spiaggia del paese. È sulla passeggiata del lungomare con tutti i suoi locali e il mercatino serale. Quando esci a 5 metri hai la spiaggia e tutto attorno negozi, locali , supermercati. Il top. L'appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone. Noi siamo stati in tre e siamo stati molto bene. Due belle stanze matrimoniali, aria condizionata, arredamento chiaro e allegro. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un sogno

L’appartamento perfetto per una vacanza a Formentera, sopra ogni aspettativa. La vista dal terrazzino è incredibile, posizione eccellente per godere della vita e della spiaggia di Es Pujols, ma basta chiudere le finestre e l’appartamento lascia la vita mondana fuori e le nottate sono riposanti e silenziose. Pulizia impeccabile, attrezzatura della cucina ben rifornita, letti comodissimi, a disposizione ombrelloni per la spiaggia. L’accoglienza di Ellie impeccabile, che ringraziamo tanto per la sua cortesia e ospitalità. Speriamo davvero di tornare, Formentera e questa location ci hanno colpiti dritto al cuore!
