Very pleasant

Had a very pleasant stay, the studio apartment was clean and tidy - Marnie was very friendly and welcomed us in, even though we were delayed arriving.

Great spot!

A++ location. Perfect spot to walk into the main hub of Nice (shops, restaurants, beach) - all of that is within a five minute walk from this apartment. This is a third floor apartment so expect steps or the tiny elevator. And you are in the hustle and bustle of things so it’s not exactly a quiet place to rest. It’s not outrageously loud, we slept just fine. Just be aware you’ll hear some of the commotion of town down below. The condenser for this apartment is on the balcony, which is common there, and the discharge flows into a bucket, which you have to empty once a day. Not a huge deal. Again, just something to know. Marnie is super sweet, took care of us and accommodated us as we added an extra night after we booked. Would book again with her for sure.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Marnie a été très accueillante et disponible. L’appartement est dans lieu calme en bordure de la vieille ville. Accès au tramway, bus, plage en quelques minutes à pied. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et cela ne nous a pas manqué. Nous recommandons à tous.

Excellent studio appartement!

This studio appartement is the perfect vacation accommodation! The studio is located on a quit road with a lovely balcony, nice to use for afternoon wine. Near to Old town, the beach, shopping and beautiful running roads. Landlord is easy to reach out to and we got several ideas on what to see and visit. Will book this studio on our next visit!

appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellelent séjour à Nice et ses environs. L'appartement est situé dans une rue relativement calme au coeur du centre ville, à coté de la superbe coulée verte, proche des commerces et des transports ce qui qui est très pratique quand on n'a pas de voiture. Il est très agréable , très bien entretenu, clair et bien équipé. C'était notre second séjour dans cet appartement et nous serons ravis d'y revenir.
