Bluewater 702 is an interior gulf-front 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1500 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway has a tub/shower combo as well. Accommodates up to 8 people

Bluewater is a 14 story building with 6 units per floor located 5.7 miles East of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Bluewater has a large sun deck area with outdoor pool and hot tub. The indoor pool also has a hot tub and small fitness room. The property also has a grilling area. 2 car limit. | No winter monthly's.

Great Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, location, and overall experience was GREAT!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Only suggestion would be to clean the floors. The floors were quite dirty but other than that, nothing I would have changed.

Clean... gulf view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was exactly as pictured. On the gulf great view of water. . I’m always concerned about how clean a rental is. It was clean! We were pleased about that. The main door lock needs to be fixed asap! Couldn’t get in had to call. Help was fast and I was glad I could talk to a human and not just leave a message. Bummer the hot tub, it was broken and wish there was an outside hot tub too.
