Buongiorno Lara, la sua recensione ci lascia davvero perplessi. La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2024, ed è stato addirittura cambiato tutto l'arredamento, ex novo: dai letti, ai materassi, alla cucina... E' la prima persona che scrive questo. Abbiamo controllato subito la casa, non appena abbiamo letto il suo feedback, e l'unica cosa effettivamente fuori posto erano le due zanzariere, già sistemate.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock direkt um die Ecke vom Strand. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, insbesondere zwei Bäder sparen viel Zeit, die man lieber am Strand oder dem nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet Zingaro verbringt. Ein Auto zum Erkunden der Umgebung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Die Küche ist der einzige Schwachpunkt, da sie wirklich sehr klein ist. Das wird jedoch ausgeglichen von unzähligen Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Für einen Topf Bussiate oder den morgentlichen Kaffee und Frühstück ist die Küche auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Bezahlung über fewo hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Übergabe war dadurch unproblematisch, nur Kurtaxe und eventuell dazugebuchte Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen noch vor Ort bezahlt werden. Das Parkticket für die nähere Umgebung erhält man dann auch direkt im nahegelegenen Büro von Benedetto und kann somit in der Nähe der Unterkunft gratis parken. Ein (mini-) Supermarkt ist zwar auch direkt um die Ecke, es empfliehlt sich aber auf dem Weg am Ortseingang einzukaufen, da hier die Preise nicht wie in der Apotheke sind. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Anreise, Wohnungsübergabe und Abgabe einwandfrei gelaufen. Alle Angaben sind wahrheitsgetreu. Das Meer türkisblau, der Strand weiss! Wie kommen wieder ❤

Immobile gradevole, attaccato al mare, va bene x 4 persone. Ha due bagni, ha finestre e condizionatori. Per esser da 5 stelle gli manca solo il balcone/un terrazzo e qualche piccola sistemazione ad una zanzariera e ai fornelli della cucina (difficile gestire la fiamma per cucinare e rischio di far attaccare i cibi). Gestore molto cortese e disponibile, una buona esperienza. Consigliato.
