Newly built house (2012), friendly, comfortable, detached home, with a fenced garden in a very quiet area on the edge of the countryside, not far from beautiful patrolled beaches and the famous sights of the Emerald Coast.

Located in a place with large oak trees, near a supermarket (600m), the terrace is directed towards West. Saint-Briac-sur-Mer (the town center is only 10 minutes walk from the house), is a small seaside town full of character and an old fishing village. Nature and sea-side lovers may enjoy the eight sandy beaches and coves. The Blue Flag ("Pavillon Bleu") rewards the quality of bathing water. The GR 34 (long national path in the French trail system), i.e. the track along the coast of Brittany starting from Mont-St-Michel, is 1 km away.
The house includes all equipment and everything to host a baby.

une excellente adresse de location

Votre séjour commence par un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont pleinement à votre écoute. La maison est très agréable et rien ne manque. Située dans un quartier calme, vous n'êtes qu'à 10 mn à pied du centre. Cette location est idéale pour visiter les alentours car proche des grands axes routiers. Pour résumer: presque comme chez vous ; nous reviendrons très certainement.

Magnifique maison dans une magnifique région!

Accueil chaleureux et gâté! Maison très propre et très bien équipée, encore plus que dans le descriptif. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter d’une très belle région. Vous pouvez réserver cette location les yeux fermés!
