The terraced house with a wide, private garden and separate entrance in a residence with swuimming-pool is located in Finale Ligure, a town in the western Ligurian Sea. Town on the sea, but also town of historical and artistic interest, famous the Castle Govone (built in 1188, with the Tower of Diamonds of 1456), Castello San Giovanni, the Fortress of Castelfranco, the archeologic Museum and the nearby Borgio Verezzi Caves. Place of departure for hiking tours, biking or horseback riding, trekking, archaeological trails.
The apartment is part of a residence, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful panoramic sea view.
Separate entrance, large private garden. Large dining room with sofa bed, furniture, extension table, TV. Two dead-end bedrooms: one room with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and another bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds) and a possible third single bed, a large chest of drawers. Bathroom with window, bathtub, washing machine, boiler for hot water. Heating system. Patio and equipped garden with charcoal barbecue, outdoor furniture, deck chairs, parasol. An infinity swimming pool for adults and another pool for children, with clear and clean water and with the assistance of a lifeguard, running from June 15 to September 15. Available parking space. You can use the bus to go to town or the beach without using your car and without, therefore, parking problems in town. The bus stops near the house. The apartment is situated on a gentle slope at 400m. above sea level and about 2 km.from the town and the sea: 20 'walking and about 5' by car.

la proprietaria , Signora Teresa gentilissima, casa pulita, con giardino, accesso a piscina , ideale con bambini, resta in montagna, via della massa dei turisti, 10 minuti da Finale Ligure, c'e anche un servizio bus

charmante résidence avec vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé 10 jours délicieux à 5 dans la charmante petite maison de Teresa! Celle-ci fait partie d'une résidence d'une vingtaine de maisons similaires dans les tons ocres, accrochées à la colline avec vue imprenable sur la mer. L'intérieur est petit mais bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin, aussi bien en cuisine qu'à la salle de bain. Nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à barboter dans la très belle piscine surveillée par un maître-nageur. Les premières plages sont à 10 min en voiture, à Finale Ligure. Le village de Finalborgo, juste en bas de la colline, est vraiment beau. Et au sommet de la colline, une excellente osteria (cucco si je me souviens bien) servant de délicieux plats de la mer! Tous nos remerciements à Teresa, nous retournerons avec plaisir dans ce petit paradis ligure!

Zunächst mal zu diesem Portal: Es ist ziemlich daneben, wenn man nie mit direkten E- Mail- Adressen arbeiten kann, sondern alles immer über dieses Portal läuft. Was soll der Blödsinn? Im Straßenplan ist die Wohnung zudem falsch eingetragen. Urlaubsanbahnung: Die erst eine Woche vor Anreise offenbarten Telefonnummern waren fast nie erreichbar, eine war schlicht und einfach falsch. Gefühlt Hunderte Anrufe gingen ins Leere, und ein Rückruf unterblieb auch. Nur mit Glück konnten wir die richtige Adresse ermitteln, nachdem wir verkehrsbedingt 20 Minuten später kamen. Wirtin: Teresa ist, wie bereits von vielen anderen Bewertern genannt, sehr nett. Lage: Trotz halbschattiger Lage ist auch im Herbst noch ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit herrlichen Meerblick möglich. Die Lage wäre mit "am A.... der Welt" noch sehr schmeichelhaft beschrieben. Selbst, um nur Brot zu holen, sind 159 Höhenmeter in die Stadt zurückzulegen - entweder über eine 4 km lange, stark befahrene, schmale, kurvenreiche Straße oder zu Fuß über einen mit Dornen z.T. vollkommen zugewachsenen Weg. Italienisches Brot ist zwar lecker, aber nur die ersten 2-3 Stunden nach dem Kauf. Immerhin lassen sich die so genannten Vollkornbrötchen fast ohne Geschmacksverlust aufbacken. Wohnung: Die sehr enge Küche bietet eine Fülle an Töpfen und Pfannen, zwei Mikrowellen, allerdings keine Spülmaschine. Dass die Wohnung als Fünf- Personen- FeWo beworben wird, ist eine Frechheit. Ins winzige zweite Schlafzimmer wird ein Zustellbett gestellt, so dass die beiden Nutzer des Doppelbetts keine Chance haben, auf die Toilette zu gehen. Zum Glück hatten wir zwei Bouldermatten dabei. Im Oberstock des Doppelbetts sollten keine schweren Personen liegen. Die Schränke waren mit allerlei Gerümpel voll und zu über der Hälfte abgeschlossen. Wir waren zum Klettern in Finale Ligure und wussten nicht, wohin mit unserer Ausrüstung. Dementsprechend lag alles in der Wohnung herum, was nur bei ausgemachten Chaoten zur wohnlichen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Positiv muss an diesem sonst teuren Ort der günstige Preis genannt werden. Dafür gibt es dann wieder einen Stern mehr. Es hätte auffallen müssen, dass die Wohnung drei Wochen vor der begehrten Allerheiligen- Woche noch buchbar war. Empfehlung: - Familien mit max. zwei Kindern, von denen eines noch klein ist bei einem reinen Wander- oder Badeurlaub. - Vierergruppe, die sparen muss, nur wenig Gepäck mit hat und bei der eine Person zum Kochen abgestellt wird.

Penso che tale valutazione non sia giustificabile. Le informazioni, da me scritte sul sito, sono esatte, infatti il mio appartamento non è stato mai descritto come un appartamento di 200 mq., ma offre tutte le comodità necessarie e tutte le stanze sono comodamente accessibili. Non ho mai avuto alcuna lamentela. Tanto impegno è stato messo per far fronte alle esigenze dell'ospite, inoltre non sono stati chiesti costi extra per la preparazione dei letti con candida, bianca biancheria e i caldi piumoni o per il quinto letto. Per quanto mi compete è stato fatto il possibile per accontentare l'ospite, per il resto è noto che la Liguria è circondata dal mare, da una parte e dalle colline dall'altra, e con pochi spazi aperti; le strade, quindi, non sono molto larghe, ma sono percorse a piedi, in auto, in moto dagli abitanti tutti i giorni, più volte al giorno e senza problemi o difficoltà. La strada che conduce al mio appartamento è agevole e servita, anche da trasporto pubblico e privato-Pullman S.Bernardino, attivo anche in inverno. Tali mezzi di trasporto non hanno alcun problema di transito e sono usufruibili da chi non ama guidare o preferisce non cercare posteggio in paese.

Mooie, complete, vakantiewoning omgeven door mooie tuin, met mooi uitzicht op zee en bergenHelaas was zwembad vanaf half sept gesloten. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Nadeel was de bergweg naar en van de zee. Twee richting verkeer, smal met veel bochten. Zeker s'avonds niet prettig.

Autentisk med klasse udsigt samt dejlig pool

Sikken en perle! Vi brugte 10 dage i dette dejlige hus og anbefalder det varmt. Dercer ikke wifi og detcer lidt omstændigt at skulle gå til byen eller stranden, men der kører små busser som er nemme og billige. Huset byder på en lille hyggelig have, mega god udsigt og hav, bjerge og by og ellers alt man skal bruge. Poolen man har adgng til er lækker(også med udsigt) og ikke overfyldt - husk dog badehætte(kan købes i byen til 2,5€ stykket). Lidtblængereboppe ad bjerget er der en super hyggelig restaurant og i byen er der gode handle mugligheder. Området er perfekt til fx cykling ligesom der også er andre seværdigheder ( vi var i en drypstenshule i nabobyen) Teresa der ejer huset er super søg sød og forsøgte virkelig at give os så mange informationer som muligt ved overdragelsen. Un soggiorno perfetto!

Siamo stati in questa casa di vacanza lo scorso luglio per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il giardino spaziosissimo ci ha consentito (2 adulti+ 2 bambini di 10 e 7 anni + un beagle di 10 mesi) di riposarci rinfresco nelle calde giornate estive. La casa è situata in zona collinare, quindi lontano dalla folla ma i paesini carinissimi limitrofi sono ben accessibili in aut, cosi come le spiagge. Un ottimo ristornate è nelle immediate vicinanze. Ma la griglia in giardino garantisce comunque ottime cenette. La casa è arredata semplicemente ma è fornita di tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole e piacevolissima. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Un caro saluto alla signora Teresa.

La scorsa estate ho conosciuto una famiglia italo-olandese accompagnata da un educatissimo cagnolino. La simpatia, la pulizia, l'ordine di tutti i miei ospiti mi hanno ripagata dell' impegno nel fare trovare un appartamento in buone condizioni. Spero di averli di nuovo nella mia casa. Un caro saluto.

This is a beautiful flat....

This is a beautiful flat. It is very clean and equipped with everything you could need.There is lovely view on the sea. The swimming pool is wonderful. You can easily reach the centre of the village and the sea. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay in Finale, in Teresa's lovely appartment. The owner is very friendly and speaks English.

This vacation home offers the opportunity to enjoy a large private garden well maintained and decorated with flowers and garden furniture, the possibility of getting a good barbecue and enjoy it watching the sea, the chance to take a swim in the pool, if the sea is rough. Moreover you can go to the village or to the sea using the convenient shuttle bus, with its many rides and low cost, without having the hassle of finding a parking space, always a bit difficult in the summer months, in order to free from daily stress. In addition Finale Ligure has beautiful beaches, also free, with clear sand and with the clear sandy bottom of the sea.
The house is situated in a great location to ride, walk or bike the trails of San Bernardino,that can be travelled over,in every season,thanks to the mild climate, giving fine emotions between the green of the Mediterranean, where are breathtaking tracks of "freeride and downhill" or participating in the championship of the world famous "Superenduro." Nearby there is the famous Bric Pianarella, known as "Paretone", for the lovers of free climbing.
