Es una casa antigua,no tiene nada cuidado,ni el jardín,ni las comodidades que uno quiere en sus vacaciones. No había utensilios de cocina necesarias.Las ventanas sin no tenían nada para tapar,entraba todo el di el sol. Se cortó la luz el primer día y estuvimos 3 horas sin luz.No sabían cómo resolverlo. No nos daban solución. Sin césped ,el jardín mal cuidado, barbacoa al rayo del sol.Sin luz. No recomiendo para ir con niños.

Salve. Penso proprio che Lei abbia sbagliato la recensione. Sicuramente si riferiva ad qualche altra abitazione dove ha trascorso parte delle sue vacanze. Non mi risulta che abbia avuto problemi con la corrente, anzi ci siamo sentiti ed a sempre parlato bene della mia casa. La sempre descritta accogliente e con tutti i confort. Ideale x una vacanza tranquilla e serena da trascorrere con bambini. Anzi, mi stupisce che lei non abbia cambiato la sua recensione, come di fatto mi aveva promesso di fare con l'ultima chat di WhatsApp, con la quale mi confermava di aver sbagliato.

Soggiorno rilassante

Casa confortevole con tutto il necessario compresa biancheria da bagno e da letto. Stupenda vista dal balcone del piano notte, proprietaria gentile: ci ha fatto trovare bibite, frutta e dolci al nostro arrivo, tutto molto gradito! La zona è tranquilla, spiaggia di sabbia a un quarto d'ora di cammino su sentiero sterrato ma comodo. Bel soggiorno

Bellissima villetta (come da descrizione) pulita, molto spaziosa, arredata con tutto il necessario e situata in un contesto tranquillo con vista mare. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti d'auto. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ( la signora Orietta ci ha fatto trovare all'arrivo un cesto di frutta e bevande fresche). Da consigliare assolutamente.

Schöner Urlaub, Das Haus hat eine Traumlage!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, absolut Sauber, nichts war defekt. Wunderschöner Blick von der oberen Terasse aufs Meer! Alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht vorhanden. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Zum Finden in der Anlage sollte man sich GPS Daten des Parkplatztes schicken lassen ;)

La casa è spaziosa ed accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario e conforme alla descrizione. è situata all'interno di un complesso molto tranquillo di villette a schiera con vista mare. I proprietari sono persone di rara gentilezza. Abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo problema che si sono premurati di risolvere in brevissimo tempo.

Sardegna da sogno

Difficilmente ho trovato una casa così bella, curata, dotata di ogni accessorio e collocata in un posto tanto bello. Ma soprattutto la proprietaria, la Signora Orietta, è stata la migliore Host che abbia mai incontrato: disponibile, gentilissima, piena di premure. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua e bevande fresche, frutta e dolcetti tipici. Una persona speciale. Torneremo sia noi che i nostri amici!

A me e mio marito fa molto piacere che la villetta sia stata di vostro gradimento. Dal canto nostro, siamo stati veramente colpiti dai vostri modi e dalla vostra gentilezza. La casa ci è stata restituita in perfette condizioni. Siete stati le persone che ogni proprietario vorrebbe ospitare nella propria casa. Ci scusiamo invece con voi per il problema avuto con la raccolta dei rifiuti, anche se non è dipeso da noi.

Très sympa!😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Sardaigne. La location nous a pleinement convenu pour 6. Très propre et fonctionnelle au milieu d un joli environnement fleuri, très beau panorama depuis la terrasse du 1er étage. Proche de la plage et restaurants. La communication avec Orietta a été facile et agréable. Nous recommandons!

Ottima vacanza in bellissima villetta

Ottima villetta in bel contesto. La villetta è situata in un ottima posizione e permette di mangiare fuori sia al mattino che alla sera. E' dotata di aria condizionata ( ad Agosto quest anno fondamentale) e lavatrice. Dall'alto c'è una splendida vista mare e per chi come noi si muove parecchio è in una posizione che permette di visitare le bellissime spiagge di costa Rei e Villasimius verso sud o di Murtas e Barisardo a nord. E' vicina a Muravera , San Vito e Villaputzu che offrono occasioni di svaghi serali. A pochi centinaia di metri c'è Porto Corallo che permette di affittare gommoni o uscire a pesca con qualche pescatore (come hanno fatto dei nostri amici). Ottima anche l'accoglienza della Sig.Orietta e del marito ( i padroni di casa) gentilissimi (ci hanno anche fatto trovare bevande fresche e dolcetti !!) . Vacanza sicuramente consigliata.

PROPRIETARI GENTILISSIMI E DISPONIBILISSIMI. NELL'ABITAZIONE NON MANCAVA NULLA, AL NOSTRO ARRIVO CI ATTENDEVA LA SIGNORA ORIETTA CON DEI FANTASTICI PASTICCINI ED IL FRIGO FORNITO DI BEVANDE FRESCHE. PER QUANTO RIGUARDA LA DESCRIZIONE DELLA CASA, TUTTO VERO E ANCHE DI PIU'. L'IMMOBILE LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI. ALL'INTERNO DEL RESIDENCE I RISTORANTI OK.

Ein Haus mit tollen Ausblick zum Wohfühlen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und groß. Auf der Terrasse haben bequem 6 Personen Platz. Die Küche/Essbereich ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer im OG sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls groß. Vom Balkon im ersten OG hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Die Anlage ist ruhig. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem können wir die Anlage nur empfehlen!

Impeccable villa with beautiful sea view.

We are a family of 6 ( two parents and four children ) and we spent two weeks in this carefree impeccable and particularly well- equipped house with a beautiful sea view in Porto Corallo Villaputzu ( CA ) . The hosts have always ensured that our stay proceeded well and provided information about tours of the surrounding area . The house is located close to the beach of Porto Corallo that you see from the terraces and is within walking distance . A few kilometers there are other beautiful beaches such as Costa Rei, Santa Giusta, Porto Giunto, Punta Molentis and many more . The house has everything you could want in a home . From the tree bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine , air conditioning in all rooms , satellite television and more. We want to recommend this holiday house to all people who want to stay in this beautiful area of Sardinia for spend a wonderful stay as we passed. Gianni

L'appartamento rispecchia fedelmente quanto descritto nell'annuncio ed dotato di tutto ciò che serve: vista stupenda, ben attrezzato, pulito, confortevole. I proprietari, oltre ad essere gentilissimi, sono davvero molto disponibili e premurosi. Assolutamente da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi in un contesto favoloso. Posizione perfetta anche per raggiungere le spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius. La consiglio a tutti coloro che amano la Sardegna.

A very good property, well-maintained, peaceful and convenient for the beach. The balcony was cool in the heat, and the views were beautiful. The very friendly owners could not have been more helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.
