Welcome to 5 Goldfinch Lane, a comfortable and well-appointed Sunriver retreat near the Deschutes River with space for up to 7 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, air conditioning, a private hot tub, ping pong, and 5 adult bikes, this home is set up for easy family vacations, couples’ getaways, and memory-making weekends in every season.

Inside, upgraded finishes throughout the home create a polished, inviting feel, with tile, travertine, and bamboo laminate flooring, a beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops, and thoughtful touches that make settling in easy. The living space is warm and welcoming, with a wood-burning fireplace for cozy nights, multiple TVs, Blu-ray, and free WiFi for added comfort and entertainment.

The bedroom layout works especially well for families and mixed-age groups. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a dedicated work area, and an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom with TV, plus a third bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and TV—an ideal setup for kids, grandparents, or a second couple traveling together.

Outside, the home offers multiple places to relax and gather. Enjoy grilling and outdoor dining on the upper deck, or head to the lower deck to unwind in the private hot tub and take in peaceful river views. Wonderful stay at Sunriver

We stayed here for new years and it was perfect for a family of 5 with 3 teens. The house was wonderful, the beds comfy and the hot tub overlooking the river was gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

Riverside Relaxation

My wife and I stayed here for some much needed R&R away from the city. It was a fantastic place! So peaceful. Right on the river. Easy access to the bike paths too! Very private and serene. We would def stay again! They had everything we needed.

Beautiful view!

It was hard to tell from website pictures how much of the river you can see. It was a gorgeous view from living room and deck! Location couldn't be better. Furniture was comfortable & house roomy. Kitchen well stocked - tons of dishes, silverware, and cooking pans & baking dishes. Would love to stay again!

The house was more than we needed as there were just two of us but we loved it! We chose it for the view of the forest and river, which is even better than the photos. Great location and great communication

The location on the river can’t be beat! Amazing hot tub. And the Property Management place cannot be beat. They were so accommodating and wonderful. House was nice and kitchen was very well stocked! My only slight downside was all the stairs, it’s multi level so if you have a problem with that this may be a downside. But overall amazing property and would stay again.

We loved the location of this house! We always try to stay close to the river and this was exactly that. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and was the perfect size for our family. Really great amenities and can’t beat the AC!!

Highly recommend this rental home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. This was our first visit to this area and it checked all the boxes. This rental was outstanding and Bennington Properties took care of us answering all questions immediately. This property was a great location with the river view and bike path outside our door. The house had bikes as well as ping pong and corn hole for the kids. It was quiet location and the house was clean and well stocked. Our family will be back in the future and I would rent this house again.

First time in Sunriver - great house and location!

Great house for a family vacation. We made heavy use of the 4 bikes to bike around the area including rides into the village. Nice view of the river out back. The house interior was very comfortable and in great shape. We hadn't been to Sunriver before and had no idea how nice the entire area is!

This home was perfect, were celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all the showers! The deck is perfect for spending the morning, afternoon and evening with the river for a view. Can't say enough about how perfect this home was. Thank you for sharing it with us!
