Very romantic and nostalgic place.

Dated nostalgic but very wel taken care of unique house. A very nice mature garden also good taken care of. The surrounding area is splendid. There is only one minus: the musquitos are more then annoying . Overall a place we would recommend!

Charming property near bassin

Excellent holiday home with a small terrace overlooking the bassin. The house feels a bit ‘antique’ but that als adds charm. And it’s wel equipped and spacious enough for a family. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, pure place. Location is perfect at more quiet street near restaurants and far enough from busy main road. Special thanks also for the friendly host Henri.

Cette maison est un petit bijou !

Séjour très reposant d'une semaine début février dans ce petit bijou. Nous étions gâtés par le beau temps et reçus comme des rois par Monsieur Henri. La maison a un emplacement idéal pour faire des balades à pied dans son quartier pittoresque, et pour découvrir la région autour du bassin d'Arcachon.Merci !

ein Haus für Freunde alter Einrichtungen

Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, allerdings zeigten die vermutlich Jahrzehnte alten Einrichtungsgegenstände deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Da wäre eine Modernisierung sicherlich angebracht.

Petite maison de charme très bien placée

La maison est charmante, décoration vintage et literie confortable. L'environnement est très calme, le bassin à quelques mètres. Nous avons pu prendre les repas dehors, abrités du soleil par un auvent. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles entre 5 et 10 minutes de marche. L'arrêt de bus au bout de la rue. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et beaucoup de conseils sur les activités / commerces nous ont été communiqués.

Dépaysement en symbiose totale avec la baie, le cap et ses environs.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine et étions heureux d'avoir cette location pour vivre une certaine immersion totale au sein de la baie. La sensation de proximité avec l'histoire de la baie et des marées est incroyable, à découvrir rien que pour le caractère véritable de la région. Située au carrefour entre le Cap, Bordeaux et les plages sauvages en direction de Lacanau, nous avons pu également voir nos enfants jouer sur la plage située juste en face de la maison. Mr HENRI est TOP et incroyable! Merci encore Mr HENRI pour votre gentillesse qui a fait beaucoup et permis de se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons dès que nous retournerons dans cette belle région :-)

Séjour authentique dans un cadre charmant

L'accueil chaleureux d'Henri donne le ton : vous serez ici dans un endroit charmant et authentique. Le village dispose de toutes les commodités. La maison a vue sur le bassin d'arcachon. Les bateaux passent tous les jours devant la maison pour utiliser la rampe, génial !

Excellentes vacances!

Nous avons passé 15jours très agréables dans cette belle maison idéalement placée. La maison est impeccable et très bien équipée. Café sur la terrasse avec vue sur la dune du Pyla, journées sur la très belle plage du Truc Vert et glaces au bout de la rue tous les soirs ! Nous conseillons vivement cette jolie maison pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Merci à Henri pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bons conseils.

Nahe am Wasser

Das Haus liegt zentral. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Einkaufen und 5 Minuten zu den Austernhütten, wo man köstliche Spezialitäten essen kann. Henri, der Verwalter ist sehr nett und herzlich. Er hat uns alles sehr kompetent und mit viel Geduld (wir sprechen nicht gut französisch) erklärt. Danke

Maison idéalement située, dans un quartier très calme avec accès direct à une agréable plage du bassin. Supermarché accessible à pieds, ainsi que crêpes, glaces, huîtres au bout de la rue... La maison est super agréable et tout y est, de l’abris à vélos, au barbecue et à la terrasse couverte. Les soirées sont enchantées par le silence rompu par les chants d’oiseaux. Idéal en famille, les enfants sont constamment en sécurité. On espère revenir...

Ruhig wohnen mit fußläufig guter Infrastruktur und guten Ausflugmöglichkeiten

Absolut ruhige Lage in einem sehr angenehmen Wohnviertel mit freistehenden Einfamilienhäusern. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nette, einfache Austern - und Meeresfrüchte- Lokale (Holzbuden der Austernzüchter direkt am Wasser/auf Holzterrassen über dem Wasser) am Ende der Straße. Gut sortierter Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Eisladen, Feinkostladen, Fahrradverleih fußläufig erreichbar. Kurzer Weg über die Straße zum Becken von Arcachon, das bei Ebbe hier fast leer ist. 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad auf einem asphaltierten Fahrradweg durch den Pinienwald zum Atlantikstrand. Gute Lage um Ausflüge zu allen interessanten Orten des Golf von Arcachon zu machen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Maison très charmante et typique de la région. Bien équipée, bien située, avec jardin et barbecue et en plus vue sur mer. Le bassin d'Arcachon regorge de sites magnifiques à visiter à pied, à vélo. Expérience à renouveler car en une semaine nous n'avons pas tout exploré.
