Nice House With Sea View - Beach At Walking Distance

Nice house entirely renovated with two terraces in the front with ocean view and fenced garden south oriented. We are located within a walking distance to the beach and nautical center, bikes available, two rooms (one with 2 single beds that makes a 180cm bed or 2x90cm, the other room with 1 double bed 140cm with a 90cm bed on top. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, TV, BBQ, very nice garden tables... There are lots of nice walks (or running paths). We are near a municipal pool and there are lots of activities.

Why they chose this property

We have entirely renovated this house since we bought it.
This is not a simple location house, it is our beach house that we love to go when we get the chance. We experienced living in it so we know exactly if something is needed, we like to have a great comfort and we like to be able to have everything on hand. The people that came we're unanimous to say that they had everthing on hand and didn't miss anything in order to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

All the windows and doors have been changed (winter 2014).
We have two terraces in front of the house where we love to have breakfast, the garden is cosy and sunny.
The proximity with the beach within walking distance is great so no car is needed daily.
There is a beautiful seaview terrace at the Best Western Hotel, it is great to have a drink at the end of the day.
