The perfect place to spend your holidays with your family and friends family.

As you can guess from the name, our house was an old kiln where bricks were built since 1908. We remodeled the place keeping unchanged the original structure. The house is made up of a main building and an additional guesthouse that can host 12 +1 people. Outside, there is a wonderful swimming pool with a solarium. The attention to detail and the refined furniture create a graceful atmosphere respecting local customs. Hills, woods and fields will frame your stay. Our house is really a peaceful haven.
Where are we? We are in Santa Vittoria in Matenano, an Italian small village in the Marche, in the Sibillini national park landscape. The beach of Adriatic sea is 35 minutes far.
The house consists of two dining rooms, one of this is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor.
Outside, the house has a wide garden, where you can lunch or rest in the shade of our trees. At the rear of our house, there is a swimming pool with a solarium. Hills, woods and fields will frame your stay. Our house is really a peaceful haven.
