We had a great stay! The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The amenities were great as well! A little off the beaten path which was nice as it was more quiet than other resorts we've stayed at.

Our stay at John's place was excellent. Great communication, home was exactly as advertised. Very clean, perfect location for the pool area. Great for families or golf buddies. Will definitely return here.

Orlando vacation

Nice area and the place was clean and nice! The area is convenient and close to attractions and shopping! The pool is nice and clean and has a place to relax and eat! Just make sure you bring your cooking essentials and necessary bathroom supplies as very little is provided!

As I mentioned in the listing and your entry email, they are "self-catering homes" which means that enough basic supplies are provided for your initial entry. Family vacation

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well cared for. The only downfall was some of the parents let their children go wild in the lazy river. The location of the house was close to all the theme parks which is also what we were looking for. We’ve already talked about staying there the next time we visit Florida.

Wonderful host and house to stay in

The gated property and security guard made you feel very secure. The pool area was very well maintained and clean. The pool floats provided by the host were a plus and made relaxing a breeze. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the downstairs shower was wonderful! I definitely recommend this property and host. Very communicative and provided all information needed for your stay at their house in a handy guide (as well as other things like attractions, dining, etc).

Winter Vacation

The property was nice as well as the condo which was very convient for our family. The water dlude, lazy river and hot tubs being closed were a disappointment.

I agree with the guest remarks, I too as and owner was disappointed at the timing of the lazy river resurfacing,, it was a terrible for those who had come down. Fortunately for this guest, I was able to negotiate with Regal Palms to reimburse them 50% of their resort fee, plus I too compensate them for the inconvenience of the lazy river closure, which I hope they were pleased about. Again Joan, I am sorry, I did not know until 2 weeks before your arrival. John

Very Happy

John was so helpful and informative with the entire process. The home was conveniently located and was perfect for the 5 of us. The pool area was great to just relax after a long day! I highly recommend this home and will be renting from John again! Thank you for making for a wonderful Florida vacation!

The condo/house was exactly what was depicted. Comfortable and accommodating. We had no issues while there and we enjoyed the pool and the pond with all the turtles. Great communication with owner.

Great place to gather and leave from

We were in Orlando for a family Thanksgiving. We had a great place, lots of room, and were able to do all the prep we needed in the kitchen. It was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. The resort itself was quiet which we really appreciated. John was so easy to deal with and very personable. I can easily recommend to anyone,
