Trimarchi House is a cozy and bright apartment, located in the heart of Naples, where you can admire the beauty of the Neapolitan cribs, or Via dei Tribunali, where you can enjoy the best pizzas. It is also well connected to the University underground station.
A double bed with a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed. In fact, six people sleep comfortably in this structure.
Obviously there is a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and preparation. Also a bathroom with a shower.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and free.
Near the house there are many restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and all the sights of Naples.

Very nice Location has most everything you need close by. The neighborhood is very busy and noisy during the day but gets very quiet at night and slept very well while we were there.

Host was terrific and very helpful. We were here for a very short stay, but location was great for walking tours, shopping and restaurants. We all loved the pizza at Sorbillas. Our challenge: it’s a 2nd floor apartment with very narrow and steep staircase and we had a ton of luggage since this was the end of a lengthy visit to Italy. It is just a one bedroom apartment with a double and a single in the same room. Money well spent as very functional.

Salvatore was a wonderful host. He met us at the property and gave us an overview of the area, where to eat, shop, and sightsee. We had a great stay, were very comfortable, and enjoyed the property. We would stay here again without a thought. On checkout, Salvatore also helped us with our bags, directed us to the garage, and showed us where to meet.

Lovely apartment in a city neighborhood.

This apartment was perfect for our 3 day stay. If you are looking to be in the heart of Napoli and experience the hustle and bustle of everyday life this is the place to be. If you are not accustomed to city life and sleep in silence then ear plugs are a must.

Salvatore was a great host giving us tips on best places to eat and where we could leave our luggage once we checked out. The apt. was clean and the washing machine a big help...just know that the steps up to the apt. (2nd floor) are quite steep so take it slow

Convenient location

Clean and comfortable with a helpful host. Thank you Salvatore. We walked many miles from the house around the city and ate lots of good food. Easy walk to the train station.

We know Naples well, having visited at least six times in the last decade, and we love to stay in “centro storico.” This lovely apartment is perfectly situated, just off “Spaccanapoli” at its intersection with Via San Gegorio Armeno. Walkable to so much that this marvelous city has to offer, it’s also close to all our favorite restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable with all the conveniences including a full kitchen (although we generally ate only breakfasts in) and very comfortable bed. The AC and WiFi worked flawlessly! Salvatore was a perfect host, even displaying his plumbing skills when a small problem with our shower arose. I contacted him and within an hour - on a weekend- he was there to fix the issue. He is a great source of information of all kinds about the area - nearest grocery and ATM, restaurant suggestions, directions (for those needing them) to the rich array of sights and attractions just minutes away. When we return to Naples, we hope to be able to book this apartment again! Grazie mille, Salvatore!

Great space in Naples

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was conveniently located between the train station and the port- easily walkable. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host, Salvatore, made us feel welcome - offering sightseeing tips and restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay here again.

Salvatore was wonderful with the check in/check out process. The property is actually 1 bedroom. A sleeper sofa for 2 is also located in the living room area. There is a steep narrow stairwell to reach the property that would be considered 3rd floor in other countries, however, in Italy it is considered 2nd floor. Salvatore helped us go up and down the stairs with our 21 kg bags. The best part about this location is just that…LOCATION! We walked everywhere. A grocery and laundry-mat was located about 0.2 miles from the apartment. The port where we caught the ferry to Capri/Sorrento was about 1 mile walk. The Naples museum was approximately 0.8 miles away. And the Royal Palace was about 1 mile away. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within just a few meters of the apartment as well. At night, everything went silent. I did find the bed in the bedroom very hard, as if I was sleeping on springs without any cushion. However, I slept very well and comfortably because we were tired from our adventures. The AC’s worked well. We opened the windows most of the time because the weather was fall like at night. I would stay there again! We enjoyed our Napoli stay. October 2025

The host was super helpful and friendly. It’s on the top floor with narrow and steep stairs. For older people with luggage, this place would not be ideal for them. The host helped with carrying our luggage, too. We finally figured out how to run the washing machine - use the mini cycle 30 mins, otherwise, it would take 3 hours to wash, rinse and spin. A lot of restaurant options there. The host even recommended to us a very local Napoli stay pizza place. Very good experience. AC’s worked well. Host was super helpful checking us out and helping us where to pull the car to the closest spot for loading our luggages.

More than gracious host!

Everything was fantastic, the host met us at check in and shared his tips and recommendations for the area. He even helped us map out our adventures while there. He even had a binder and a few books showcasing the area and his personal recommendations.

Great spot!

The location was very central to Napoli and the attention given by proprietor, in terms of check-in, showing us the amenities and even helped us with our luggage and personally showed us where to drop off luggage as we were leaving. He was very attentive and gave us a full run down of spots of interest in the vicinity. A great stay in a charming and dynamic city!
